Great hiking and swimming in mountain lakes. Very near the wine route. Lovely visit and clean accommodation. Would go here again!"

"Our experience at Daniele and Pascal’s house in Thannenkirch was a 5-star experience. Daniele and Pascal were charming, generous, friendly, and helpful which, of course, helped make our stay a memorable one. The house itself is a gem and we didn’t lack for anything. It’s close to most areas of interest in the Grand-Est and the beauty of the region filled our hearts. We can’t say enough about our 3 weeks at La Randonnee – highly, highly recommend it. "We share the positive reviews of many aspects of this property. It's very spacious (although the swing of some doors cause odd pinch points). We were only three, and would have used only the ground floor but for an issue (see later). The kitchen is well equipped, the induction stovetop was great to cook on. The location is properly noted, but Marie's L'épicerie in the village was closed for August vacation. (Which I imagine is an annual event.) That meant we needed to drive 6+ km for morning...

"First, as travelers from the US, we are used to having a lot of space. This house had plenty of it and it was perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean and Christian was super nice and responsive. We would return without question. We had a car rented which I highly recommend. Now…Keintzheim…what a gem. This cute little town was great. 2 amazing restaurants, walkable, and very residential. It is very much different than surrounding towns. We found if we wanted to “go out” we would go to...

Wir haben es nicht reklamiert, da wir ihn nicht gebraucht haben, deshalb beschwere ich mich nicht. Olivier hat auf alle Nachricht schnell geantwortet und ist uns mit einem späteren Check out entgegen gekommen. Es war im Haus alles wie beschrieben und es gab eine toll ausgestattete Küche, in der wir für bis zu 12 Personen gut kochen konnten."
