"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is more apartment than hotel since there is no onsite restaurant or room service, but I brought some food with me, so not a problem. This is a very modern facility, including USB ports on many outlets. And plenty of outlets. Angela, the receptionist, was very pleasant and answered all questions thoroughly and professionally. This hotel is not on the water, but in a quiet neighborhood up the hill a bit. I’d definitely stay here again."

"Fantastic family run property with lovely hosts. Great apartment. However if you have mobility issues there are lots of steps and it is up a gentle hill/slope. Owners are lovely and helpful I’d go back if it wasn’t for the pool area. I have mobility issues and could barely get around the pool due to the sun beds and close proximity to the pool/water Not for the disabled However for everyone else it’s fantastic. "This property is just excellent. It is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The location is perfect if you're looking for somewhere quiet yet just a 5 minute drive away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist hot spots and beautiful sandy beach. There are two tavernas and a cafe that also does food within walking distance. All are excellent and very reasonably priced. "The room was spacious, as we had a split level masionette. The double bed was large and comfortable, and the two sofa beds were great for friends staying over too. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the pool bar was very affordable and served fantastic food."

"Thalassa apartments was awesome! It was super quiet and we enjoyed looking at the view. If you’re looking for something more lively, maybe travel closer to Rethymno. This town was very quiet and not too many places to go. However we still enjoyed it thoroughly! "
