"The location was perfect and the view was beautiful. We were able to walk to the shops, restaurants, parks and beaches very easily. The apartment needs attention. It is showing quite bit of wear and tear that could easily be repaired. Additionally, the sheets on all the beds would not stay on the mattresses without constant readjusting and retucking.
