"The communication prior to check-in was top-notch and the on-site property manager was very helpful in navigating a couple of questions we had. The free beach access was very nice and the snorkeling in Blue Bay is some of the best on the island. This property is centrally located between north island sites and Williamstead. Arrived late at night - left next day - booked into another hotel. Complained to owner and got reply offering refund. Owner now denies recieving complaint, refusing refund. Don't stay here."
