"This was one place you could not fault the staff at all. They were all so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us especially my little boy who is a super fussy eater. Maria in the main restaurant was just so amazing. Fabio from the animation team has an amazing team for the entertainment! Marina Hristiana Mo George all from the bar and restaurant were just so kind and very helpful. Don’t change you have it all spot on!"

"Lovely place, friendly team, the owners are on site with the team morning and night checking everything is ok and hands on helping, nothing was too much trouble to them when you ask. Room was spacious & clean, lovely views in quiet area so no sleep disturbances. Only fault was the hob in room didn’t work as it is no longer self catering hotel but fridge & kettle did & were clean. We did have a breakfast and it was a large variety of food & drink, and all food and table areas were very clean....

"Lovely boutique style hotel. Room was sizeable (infact it had two bedrooms), and balcony led to the pool area. Breakfast was delightful too. Definitely recommend a visit to Mon Repos"

"After 16 years of living in a bungalow it was a shock to find a steep narrow staircase in the apartment leading to the bedroom and bathroom. Severe lack of storage for clothes, just one wardrobe with only 7 hangers and one drawer. Downstairs air conditioner stopped working after first week, turns out it was turned off as a matter of policy. Toilet in bathroom badly stained due to poor maintenance. Telephone in apartment didn't work (wanted to call reception) I will not be using this property...

"Overall arrived late wasn’t told about the subcharge 50 euro for air con which is needed in the heat! Towels had stains on them and toilet door had no privacy wouldn’t lock or close correctly you could look in. We were there the one week and not once was the room cleaned or sheets changed in duration of the week we slept in dirty sheets made us disgusting, the shower wouldn’t drain properly and had a few friendly cockroaches arrive. "We arrived and the room was ready prompt. The gentleman who checked us in was pleasant, we were handed the keys and check in took about 20 seconds. Going up to 'apartment' we were dissapointed to find that there were zero cooking facilities. Just a kitchen sink 3 glasses and a fridge. Going by the advert it appears there are cooking facilities.
