"This is no hotel like the name would suggest. It is one room in a family house in a slum with no working showers, wi-fi, dirty bathrooms, sometimes even with no toilet paper."

"I was staying at Meeting Point for 4 nights and is in a great location to enjoy the town. The hostel is clean, the staff is attentive and the room was confortable. I really recomend this place and I look forward to come back :)"

"We booked all the rooms in the house (4 rooms for 7 people, max 16 pax). Paulo confirmed that we would have the whole house for ourselves, which was part true because we shared the commons (living room, kitchen, pool, terrace) with the family living here, their friends and staff. If you are looking for privacy and intimacy, this is not it. The rooms are simple and beds not very comfortable, bathrooms basic and not very clean. " The yelow house is a good starting point for sightseeing the island and relax on the near beach. It is a silent enviroment. Many restaurants reachable by a short walk serve very good food. Very good service from landlord and his friends."

"You get what you pay for! Really convenient and the staff were so helpful with the breakfast option and even notified our tour guide that we went out to eat. Do not expect nor compare it to any Holiday Inn or Marriott because, it is not. A place to get some shut eye and even provided a hairdryer for my wife! Book it, coz we did. Thank you!"
