"The accommodation was exactly as described. The communication was clear, easy and timely. While we would have liked one more mug (there are only 3), the kitchen was well stocked and there is a dishwasher to assist with cleaning the dishes. The starter kit for the kitchen and the ones for the bathrooms were useful and a really nice touch. Parking was convenient and always available. Quick access to Cortina. We have already recommended this place to others and we will definitely stay here again....

"My husband and I were very comfortable in Cesa da Riz during our 2 week stay. Maurizio was very welcoming and gave us plenty of material about the surrounding area. The flat is big for 2 people, very clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. It is well situated with plenty of walking nearby. The views are stunning. We appreciated the sun beds on the terrace to relax after energetic and rather steep walks in the Dolomites. Colle S Lucia is a beautiful little town and we enjoyed regular evening...

"Lovely and spacious apartment. The shower with all its nozzles was awesome, and is worth a special mention. The elevator in the building was very convenient, especially when we were bringing up our luggage. The parking spot we were able to use was a huge bonus -thanks! The location was very convenient - it was right next to city hall and to a fabulous bakery (where we purchased delicious freshly baked treats each day), and is only steps from a park, the train station, restaurants and stores. "Beautiful area and clean apartment. Plenty of space and 2 bathroom and sauna were perfect. The only downside was there was a heavy cigarette smoker in another apartment and the cigarette smoke and smell came in thru windows and on the porch. We had to keep the windows closed and could not sit on the porch to enjoy a glass of wine due to continuing cigarette smoke. It was unfortunate because the mountain air was so fresh and the lovely view!"

"The space is small and cosy, though slightly outdated furnishings. The beds were slightly uncomfortable since they were two single beds joined together. Other than that we had an amazing stay and the owner was ready to help out whenever needed."
