Grand appartement et grande chambre mais aucune indication et communication avec le propriétaire, manque d’ustensiles dans la cuisine et manque de consignes pour l’électroménager .. Dommage car ce logement a un bon potentiel !!

A éviter, sauf contrainte absolue de budget et/ou si pas inquiets par l'hygiène en épidémie
L'établissement consiste en une maison avec quelques chambres, 2 salles de bain partagées et une cuisine commune. L'emplacement est à 5min en voiture de l'aéroport, et est correctement équipé. SAUF que vous n'aurez personne pour vous dire dans quelle chambre vous dormez. Vous devez donc trouver par vous-même une chambre non occupée. Les chambres qui sont décrites comme ''luxurious'' n'ont ni draps, ni housse de couette, ni taie d'oreillers. Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées entre les occupants. Rien de tout cela n'est indiqué dans l'annonce Abritel. Il y a donc un souci évident et majeur d'hygiène. L'hôte est injoignable. Nous avons rencontré le même jour d'autres clients qui ont été confrontés à la même situation et à d'autres soucis - sans qu'aucun de nous tous n'ait pu à aucun moment joindre le propriétaire - qui est aux abonnés absents pour gérer ses clients. Abritel est tout aussi blâmable, car, informés de la situation, ils ont jugé que la situation était normale, que nous n'étions pas en danger sanitaire (alerte internationale de l'OMS pour l'épidémie de M.Pox pourtant en cours), et qu'il n'y avait pas matière à une prise en charge de leur part. Dans notre cas, il n'y aura plus jamais de réservation via Abritel qui a été odieux et irrespectueux dans ses propos et dans son analyse de la situation.
