"The ambience is really amazing. I love the place! But I was quite not satisfied with the customer service. The staff don't give an approachable vibes.Also, you can hear the noise from the other rooms. It's quite annoying especially if the guests are so noisy. They offer food but it's so expensive and you can't opt for a delivery since they will charge you a hundred peso corkage fee. "Had an amazing stay. The place was clean, simple, yet so beautiful in its surroundings. The staff were so lovely and attentive, I dont have a single complaint to make about them. The food was delicious and on our check out day iy was raining heavily. They brought us over umbrellas so we could walk to the restaurant. Very close to the whaleshark centre and firefly tours. As well as some restaurants and sari sari stores on the road. If im back in donsol, i would stay here again. "
