"Lovely B&B which is only a short drive to the local ski resorts. Run by a very friendly couple who offered us lots of local advice on best places to ski. We had an EV hire car and the property has a charger which we used. Would definitely stay again if in the area."

"Ideal for what we needed ... a snowy ski adventure somewhere different. We had 6 staying, which meant it was spacious. 2 more would probably have been fine still. More than that would probably have felt a bit of a squeeze. Facilities were great. Kitchen is well appointed, but not ideal layout for lots of people. My preference would be to have a microwave and a real coffee maker of some kind, but that's a personal preference rather than criticism of the accommodation. Had some fantastic times playing in the deep surrounding snow when not skiing. I quite liked being away from the main ski area, and the drive was easy if you're comfortable driving in snow on hills. The owners were very helpful when we had questions. I'd happily stay again if I decided to return to the area, but generally like going to new places."

"Little cozy lodge surrounded by snow. Perfect inside for my family snow adventure hoilday. Comfortable in every way. Friendly host and always contactable. Hired skis used the access road to practice before paying to hit the resort slopes. If you need to stay in salen consider this lodge."
