"Well. This is definitely not glamping. We paid €60 to sleep in a Fyre Festival style container. The staff was nice enough. But after paying all that money for a crappy little basic container they wouldn't provide us with toilet paper... they make you pay €4 for it. I've never even been to a proper campground without toilet paper, let alone a place that we paid €60 for. Also, they advertise a pool. There is no pool. There is a gutted out wooden box down the road. "Pool"? also the staff gave us...

The pool is huge and especially deep! Claudia takes great care of it (we could not find the special sun tan cream that she recommended - for some reason our normal sun tan lotions caused white swimming costumes to go yellow in places). Thankfully I read a review about the mosquitoes so we came well...

Fantastic all-round

"Incredible facilities, rooms are cleaned really well, staff are always very attentive. To be able to access the grotta is a real highlight, it's an incredible place, much bigger than expected and the facilities are again outstanding. Spa had a lot of choice, the outdoor swimming pools were unexpected given we visited in December and it was never too busy, often it was just us. There are also lots of hiking options from just next to the property, starting from inside the hotel grounds. "
