We were so pleased with this hotel. It was in a convenient location near Piazza Tasso. Close to the ferry and many restaurants. Very modern, clean rooms and excellent breakfast included. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful. We highly recommend and we certainly would stay there again.

Hotel is in a convenient location to walk to restaurants and down to the marina. Staff is friendly and made an effort to ensure a positive experience during our stay. Room was nice however the bed mattress was a little too firm for our liking.

We loved our stay and happy that we booked with Hotel Sorrento City. Property and rooms very clean, staff very helpful and great breakfast. The walls are thin so you can hear noise from the next room, but we we're lucky that our neighbors we're quiet during the night

Very good location, central to the train and to the town. Rooms decent size for short stay. Very nice shower with good pressure. Nice terrace (seasonal service but can be accessed despite closure of outdoor bar in off season). Elevator access. Too many smells everywhere in the building and rooms for us (perfumes, inscents, airfresheners) but otherwise lovely stay.

Close to train station. Very clean with friendly staff. Not central to the busy core of Sorrento but only two minutes away. Older property which is well maintained and decorated. Would stay there again.

Great location from the train station and buses and walking distance to the city center and the ferries. The room was comfortable and spacious and there was a beautiful rooftop bar. We stop at front desk only to ask a question and Vincenzo went out of his way, called the tour company and arranged a closer pick up. He definitely conquered our hearts.
