Lilly's apartment was perfect for our family of four. It was very large with two nice balconies. Perfect location on the main street and 10-15 minute walk to everything. A special thank you to Mena who was great and looked after everything for us.

The location of the property was great. There was a grocery across the street and many shops and restaurants close by. The queen sofa bed pullout really isn't suitable for 2 adults so consider that when booking. And directions for the washing machine would have been helpful!

This was a great property for walking around Sorrento, as well as getting transportation to the Amalfi Coast, Pompei, the port for ferry to Capri, and bus to Naples/Rome. The unit was spacious for two couples and we used the patio alot, and cooked in the kitchen. Only negative is noise at night but that is to be expected when in the city! The hosts were fabulous to deal with.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Sorrento. The apartment location was perfect and central to all we wanted and needed to do. Mena and Lilly were available for all of our needs and questions. The apartment was amazing. Plenty of room, clean and organized. Exactly what were were looking for. I would highly recommend a stay here. High quality for a fair price. Thank you.

Amazing location
The location was key for us as it took us 5 minutes to walk from the train station to this apartment. It was easy access to walk all over Sorrento. The washer worked great and was able to hang dry my clothes as we were in a long trip. Also, the coffee maker was great to have.

Amazing host, location and Lodging
We stayed here over new years. The host was super nice and accommodating. Our family of 6, 2 adults and four kids felt right at home. There was plenty of pace and the location was conveniently located by all the shops and restaurants. It was also right next to the train station for outings to Naples and Pompeii. We loved this place and would strongly consider coming back in the summer. Thanks again for being gracious hosts. We loved your place, your town and your country.

The Best apartment in a great town

This spacious ,lovely apartment was in the best Sorrento location possible. With easy,(under 5 minute walk), access to trains and buses it is the best home base for your explorations. Such an incredible apartment in the heart of Sorrento. It was incredibly spacious for four adults and well equipped with everything we needed! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better home base whilst exploring the Amalfi Coast area. The location is very convenient and easy to access, but is on a main road, so light sleepers may want to bring ear plugs! Also, Mena, who checked us in, was so warm and friendly. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! 10/10 would return!

Great, large accommodation in Sorrento
We arrived by bus, which is only a few steps away from this large apartment. We were two couples, and we found we had lots of space. Very useful having a washer and clothesline to do laundry mid trip. The location is excellent for everything in Sorrento. I would be happy to stay there again. Note that one of the bedrooms is above the main street and it can be noisy. Put your deepest sleepers in that room.

We not only found a great place to vacation in Sorrento with plenty if space and the right price but found friends in the process Lilly and Mena are the perfect hosts. Kind, considerate and accommodating. The location is perfect. Having been very familiar with Sorrento, the apartment is located in the heart of town and close to the train station, bus terminal, shops restaurants and a breeze to reach the port to visit Capri, Ischia, Naples, Positano if wanting to go by hydrofoil. We loved are stay and could not have asked for more. Thank you Lilly snd Mena!!!! Hooe to see you again soon!!

Location of the property is excellent. Property is located inside a secured building just a minute walk from Piazza Tazzo which is right in the heart of all of the restaurants, shops and near the water and bus station. Communication was excellent. Mena was very attentive to all of our needs and went above and beyond to greet us after we arrived 8 hours late from our canceled connection flight at almost 11pm. We had shops, coffee shops and a supermarket right downstairs of the building which was great.

Lilly and Mena were both so welcoming and considerate of our every need. Lilly graciously welcomed us with coffee, tea, yogurt, cereal and breakfast snacks as well as wine, beer, Prosecco and bottled water. Her home was spacious and accommodated five adults very well. Everything was conveniently located from the train or bus station to the marina! Restaurants and gelato shops were a short distance as well as a good size grocery store. If you are a light sleeper the sounds of happy nightlife may interfere with your sleep, however we all slept well. We would love to return to Lilly’s home again one day in the future.

Home Away From Home
First, the owner Lilly is wonderfully responsive (and kind!) when booking and the planning leading up to your visit. She also has a personable, efficient and helpful onsite property manager, Mena, if anything comes up during your stay. They are an excellent team. Second, the apartment... as the title reads, it truly is a home away from home while you visit beautiful Sorrento. It is clean, lovely, spacious and located in a quiet building located on the main street close to *everything.* It's clear that Lilly and Mena thoroughly considered guests' needs when preparing the apartment, as well. Plenty of towels, blankets - even toiletries and snacks :) The welcome basket was a nice surprise! We are a family of older adults, middle-aged adults, and one young teenager, and everybody was comfortable. Lilly and Mena also provided welcome information about local traditions since we visited over the Easter holiday. We were fortunate to witness local fraternal devotional processions dating back to the middle ages, which passed right under the balcony of the apartment. I truly enjoyed Sorrento and hope to return - and when I do, I know where I will stay. Thank you, Lilly and Mena!

Couldn’t Be Better
There really aren’t enough good things to say about Lily’s apartment. First, Lily and Mena are wonderful. They made us feel so much at home and at ease, it was incredible. They communicated constantly from the day we booked through our goodbyes on the train to Rome. Simply couldn’t ask for more. The apartment itself is lovely and Mena stocks it with wine, beer, coffee, snacks, etc… But what Lily undersells on the listing is its LOCATION. This place is perfectly located, especially for first time visitors to the Peninsula. It is literally steps from the trains to both Napoli and Roma, but, more importantly, the bus stop is in the same place. When we went to the beach at Nerano and to Positano, we walked a few steps to the bus and off we went. We then caught the ferry back. Great way to do it. The apartment is near (5 min walk) but not in Piazza Tasso and the marina and port. That gave a sense of distance from the crowds, but we walked down every evening for a drink at the Foreigners Club or for gelato. Leone Rossi, a great little restaurant is steps from the door, as are other good, reasonable places to eat. As far as touring, we did go to Positano, Amalfi and Capri, but really, the best part of the trip was going to the marinas in Sorrento, getting a deck chair and swimming in the Bay of Naples under Vesuvius. Sorrento is a gem all on its own. We plan on going back and after this experience we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else!

Close to the piazza Tasso, the apartment was close to all the shopping, resturants, scooter rentals, churches and museums in the heart of beautiful old town Sorrento. Mena , our host, was gracious and friendly and took time to show us everything. We came on a Saturday night so the street noise was a little boisterous but the tradeoff was you are close to everything. I wish i could have met Lilly but i saw her beautiful artwork on the walls. Mena was so helpful with restaurant recommendations. Grazie Mille.

Beautiful Sorrento
We really enjoyed the balcony with coffee in the morning and a lemoncello nightcap. Close to everything we wanted. Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Lilly and Mena were wonderful hosts!
