We had a nice 6-day stay at this property during the Memorial Day weekend. It's a little ways off from the main Acadia park area, which was ok for us. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, it felt very secluded (you have to drive into path off the road as indicated by the mailbox number -- the precise location is a little further in the path than what is indicated in Google Maps); there's a picnic bench, a porch with chairs, a grill, a yard with plenty of space to throw a football (included), a sunroom with hiking sticks provided, and nice furnishings. The heater was a great help. The hosts provided flowers, wine, and water as well, which were very appreciated. The neighbors always waved at us when we drove past, which was a very welcoming sight.
Some suggestions for improvements: The first floor still lacked curtains which felt a little exposing especially at night (the bedrooms are all on the second floor). We had trouble making use of the smart TV (no channels connected?). We were able to connect our laptop to it but could not stream anything on it, which is more of an issue with the weak internet connection. This was not a problem in the first 2-3 days but by the fourth day it seemed we had reached a capacity and our access ground to a halt.
Overall, we had an amazing time and the place definitely contributed to our enjoyment of Acadia on this trip.
