First and foremost, the staff was outstanding. There was lots of space both inside and out. The food in the restaurant was always very good and service was friendly and efficient. I would stay there again.

We arrived at the hotel and they gave us a room in the annex with a very musty smell, the bathroom valve didn't work so they gave us another room, this room had a very old bed with an inadequate mattress and every day we were greeted at 5:00 in the morning by the noise of employees moving around with carts full of towels.The positive point of the hotel was its location and the reception staff with Francesco from the breakfast room.

The room and its condition were very nice. But the overall building and property conditions are deteriorating and not being looked after properly. The pictures are not up to date to show the deteriorating outside spaces. The rooftop bar and outside spaces are not staffed for guests to use.

Staff is really friendly . First and foremost thanks to them. Location of the hotel is far from center therefore my only suggestion would be shuttle service could be more frequently.. There is no shuttle between 12 till 22 pm. Beside that everything was great. Thanks cu you again👋

I have stayed in many hotels around the world and have never had to ask for conditioner every single day to be given 2 small bottles at a time even though I requested for more, number to reception was not posted in room, had to go ask for an extra pillow as none extra in room, specially reserved room with terrace for stay, none of the chairs and lounge chairs had cushions, small sofa had 1 dirty cushion, they didnt have shampoo and I was told to use bath gel as shampoo, only chair in room has a large dirty stain in seat, empty bottles from showernot thrown away daily when room was cleaned daily, path from anex building to main building very dark at night as no lighting at all. Behind building and viewable from terrace is a bunch of scrap metal and other crap, showers very hard to regulate temperature.

Agradable hotel pero debe mejorar la limpieza
El edifico principal y lobby son muy simpáticos , el desayuno bastante variado y la atención del personal bastante bueno para los estándares italianos . Lo negativo fue sin duda la limpieza del baño de la habitación , el inodoro tanto por fuera como por dentro estaban asquerosos , la verdad que esto hizo que nuestra experiencia no fuera del todo buena.

Overall, this stay in Sorrento was incredible and we loved our time here! There are some notes for that might help fellow travelers. Luca at the front desk was amazing and incredibly helpful! The rest of the staff was ok but overwhelmed. The good: -the location is incredible! -Walking distance from the ancient Roman baths with unbelievable water, -2 km from downtown Sorrento -there is an incredible sandwich shop and tiny grocery nearby The ok: -a taxi to/from town costs at least €30 and are hard to find -the shuttle bus (which is marked GTO, not Atlantic Palace) is great but operates on extremely limited hours -there are no sidewalks for 1 km towards town or for the 400 m to get to the path to the beach -the pool operates on limited hours -the breakfast buffet was decent -there is one close restaurant for dinner which was good but still requires walking on the road with no sidewalk The difficult: -the back of the hotel area has not been maintained at all. It’s not hard to imagine how beautiful it used to be, but the impact of covid seems apparent in the landscaping -the air conditioning is extremely finicky and shuts off if you open the door to the patio -extremely understandable given the pandemic, but the housekeeping took a long time to get around to every room.

Smutsigt hotel under standard
Altantic Palace, Smutsigare hotellet jag någonsin varit på. myror kryper överallt och i vårt rum hittade vi en myrstack. rekommenderar absolut INTE denna hotell. Jag bad personalen omedelbart flytta mig till annat hotel och efter mycket om och men lyckades vi flytta till ett annat hotel i Sorrento som var fräsht och fint.

Fantastisk service!
Hotel ligger uppe på kullan och man får gå ca 1,5 km ner till staden för att äta middag. Vägren är fruktansvärt smala och farliga inte minst avgaser som vi fick i oss varje kväll. Avstånd från havet är överkomligt, ingen sand strand utan klippor som ska klättra. Ingen restaurang på hotel bortsett från frukost servering och poolbaren. Hotellet var underbemannade och städerska gör så gott hon kan men tyvärr räckte inte. I övrigt var fantastisk service, alla personalen var oerhört trevliga. Frukost var helt ok.
