Excellent place and location. It’s just a few step from train station. Many food and bar option. Very convenience. Staff meet up on arrival to pass the keys and very good service and explain where to go and eat. But the downside the shower door unable to close right resulting the water slip out everywhere.

Check-In process was very good, constant communication and accommodating to our schedule even accelerated cleaning to have room ready for us upon arrival. The apartment and room was excellent! Common areas as well as the room were spotless, comfortable, staff was great and attention to detail in everything. The property is right in the center and within 5 mins of walking distance to town stores, restaurants and transportation pickup points. We will definitely recommend and use when back in town! Thanks for all your attentions!

Central location right by the train station. Christiana gave us restaurant recommendations and answered any questions we had. She made us feel so welcome and was super accommodating for checkin/ check out. The room was clean and up to date. I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was wonderful. Even after we left, and my husband left his medicine, they met us to give it to us. They went above and beyond and I definitely would stay there again thank you for a great stay.

The property was convienient to the main city center of Sorrento and the Port. It was a 12-15 minute walk to the main areas of tourism at the center of town. Easy to navigate and get to areas for shopping, dinning and transportation. This apartment was clean and adequate. This is not a full service property and there is not staff on site 24 hrs per day which we were aware of prior to booking, check in and out was easy and efficient, we checked in earlier than expected and left the keys in the secured foyer when checking out. Perfect for our needs which we’re to be close to the city center and town.

I was sick, likely due to air conditioning unit or building. Sneezing in middle of night. During days, when outside, not sick. Left a day early and owner was not willing to provide a refund. This was not a “bed and breakfast” - falsely advertised. The building where unit was located was dark inside, and falling apart with hallway wallpaper peeling off. One hallway ceiling was held up by metal pipe structure. Surprised this was on Expedia since I assumed website vetted the properties.

TLDR: lower rating is due to the check in process, our specific situation condition of the building outside of the suite, the room itself was nice, the property was in a walkable area but also not very loud. It is fine for a short stay if you are super communicative, aware ahead of time and don’t mind being very patient. I hope the staff take a more proactive process in communicating with the guests and that the building mgmt works on the common areas. This property does not come up in Maps so it is easy to get confused and go to their other location—luckily it is not too far away. Though we should have reached out earlier for check in, we did not have great service at our prior location and the Expedia app was not loading well. The staff took a while to answer us, then arrived much later from when they proposed they would meet—things happen, but they did not alert us as their ETA increased nor when they arrived, and we had to keep following up, when they were already there and then said it was traffic that took them over an hour instead of 10 min. I don’t wish to be unkind but it was frustrating to have been sitting there thinking we were going to meet soon when we could have grabbed food or sat down at the cafe in front sooner. Again the room was very cute, clean enough, the wifi didn’t work well but whatever. The building itself is very dismal and feels sketchy, but there is a lock system on the suite outside of your room door.

After 6 hours of travel our train was late. We walked 3 blocks on the narrow crowded sidewalk but there was no sign or anything to indicate we were in the right place. I called and she comes and walks us back and yet another block PAST the train station. There was a flurry of explanation of all the keys. She was obviously eager to get off from work. The property was a blank hallway of rooms with a table by the door with a coffee machine. The next day we got back to our room and the thermostat was set to 28.5C(about 83°)! So we turned the heat down and went to eat. Before long we get a text from her telling us we have to leave our heat on high because there are other people in the other rooms and we control the heat for all. They are Italian so they like it hot. When we said we wouldn't be able to sleep like that, we were told to open a window. When we got back someone had already been in our room and turned it back up. We contacted expedia and they told us we would get a refund but we had to contact them 3 days after the booking. When we did that, we were told that no, it was the hotel's decision if we got a refund and we didn't. Expedia gave us $100 in ponts but we have 6 months to use them.

Leider haben die Nachbarn um 7 Uhr morgens mit Bauarbeiten angefangen. Auch die Toilettenspülung der Gäste nebenan war sehr laut. Man ist davon nachts aufgewacht .

Dejligt sted. Dårlig service
Vi ankom til den adresse som er noteret i beskrivelsen. Vi finder dog kun en stor port hvor der ikke ligger hotel men derimod butikker. Vi fandt hotellets navn på en ringklokke, (blandt mange andre)men ingen svarer. Ej heller på nummeret som står i rejsepapirene. En dame i en brilleforretning finder et andet nummer end vores, hvor vi får fat på ejeren som kommer og henter os og fører os til hotellet ca. 15 minutters gågang derfra. Vi får vist værelse afregner afgift og får nøgler. Værelset+rengøring+stedets placering er dejlig. MEN da vi skal videre til Positano brugte jeg 2 dage op til, på at ringe til værtinden før jeg fik fat i hende. Vi skulle bare ligge nøglen på sengen når vi gik. Om det er "dårlig" service eller "doven" service er lidt svært at svarer på. Men jeg opfatter den sidste. Grundet dette er det desværre ikke et sted jeg ønsker at benytte mig af igen. Ej heller anbefale det videre.
