"Everything was perfect with the exception that they shower floor is slippery. They really need to add a non skid surface to it. It was not just my impression but that of another guest with another reservation. "

"Great hotel. Lovely room all very clean with free water and soft drinks. Excellent bathroom with lovely robes and super comfy beds. Daniel on the front desk was superb- Breakfast was fab with great variety. Close to the station - highly recommend staying here as such a perfect location for sightseeing in Milan-visiting Lake Como and getting to the airport "

"Excellent staff and service from the moment you walk through those floor to ceiling glass doors until the moment you leave. Didn't love the shower (half door) design where water kept splashing out nor the very temperamental hot water but the rooms were spacious with connecting doors, the beds and turn down service made every night cozy and comfortable and the location simply could not be beat."
