Attractive and luxurious villa with pool-jacuzzi

This is a luxurious holiday home with a pool-bubble bath in Sorède. It has 4 bedrooms and accommodates 8 people. It offers WiFi and 1 pet is allowed.

A turtle reserve and archery club are located at 1 km from the home. It was renovated and refurbished in February 2018. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, food processor, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker and a sous-vide unit. Outdoors is a Kamado oven for slow-cooking and barbecuing.

The living room is well-furnished and features an open fireplace, a TV with the Internet, a sitting area and a desk. Adjacent to the living room is a conservatory with the dining table. Private pool and barbecue are available.

Belle petite maison au calme
Maison très bien placé au calme, le petit hic qu’il faut préciser sur l’annonce, beaucoup de marches pour arriver à la maison. Et le jacuzzi température un peu basse à notre arrivée, sinon nous avons passé un très bon séjour literie rien à redire et tout était fonctionnel, encore un grand merci à Lydie

La maison est très bien située avec une vue exceptionnelle mais beaucoup de points négatifs : Pas de porte dans les chambres du bas Pas d'accès entre les chambres du bas et les autres pièces Mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bains et dans les pièces du rdc Accès aux wc très compliqué surtout celui du haut Jacuzzi hors d'usage Lits 2 personnes en mauvais état Pour cuisiner : une poele et une casserole ! La porte principale ne ferme plus il faut la fermer à clef

Belle villa confortable. Adaptée aux familles nombreuses avec grands enfants.
Ensemble agréable, vue reposante, villa bien équipée, très confortable, bien située pour les randonnées. Mais pas adaptée aux jeunes enfants et aux personnes âgées : beaucoup de marches à gravir. Dommage que la correspondance avec le gérant se fasse en anglais, pas en francais.

Nous sommes arrivez le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, plus de gaz dans la citerne donc plus d'eau chaude non plus , par malchance il faisait froid cette semaine là. Un petit chauffe eau de secours électrique a mis beaucoup de temp a chauffer pas de douche le lendemain pour la 3eme personnes la même douche a inondé le couloir (pareil pour la douche en bas qui inonde la chambre.Les toilettes du bas était bouché et ma petite fille a continué a tirer la chasse je ne vous fait pas de dessins, le fameux jacouzi a enfin fonctionné le 4eme jour la veille de notre départ .Les propriétaires nous avait proposé de nous dédommager mais une fois parti rien ne s'ai passé. Des vacances pourries il faudrait vraiment revoir toute cette maison avant de la louer. A fuir

Na autopech kwamen we pas om 23u30 aan in de woning. Sleutel geen probleem gezien u ons had ingelicht omtrent het kluisje waarvoor dank. Wat tegenviel bij aankomst was ontbreken van enig erf. Enkel kleine parkeerplaats en dan liefst 35 ! trappen naar beneden om de voordeur te bereiken ! Om het laagste niveau te bereiken nog eens 15 extra trappen !! Mijn bejaarde schoonouders gaan al enkele jaren niet meer mee. Met hen erbij was dit een probleem geweest. Foto's geven geen correct beeld van de woning. Beter de mensen correct inlichten omtrent de vele trappen want vermoedelijk is men daar al voor problemen komen te staan. Ook bijzonder gevaarlijk met kinderen !!
