Quite spacious with so many areas to relax, especially on either of the two terraces… the views. Anna Maria has everything necessary for preparing food and large, comfortable bedrooms to rest. There are so many sites to explore within a short driving distance loved Magliano & Talamone, beautiful! Our only regret is that this tone we weren’t able to stay here longer… love to...

"Lovely Umbrian farmhouse apartment with loads of space. So peaceful. Great swimming pool. We tended to eat out at lunchtime and eat in the apartment in the evening as the town was a short drive away - but this suited us."

"What a magical property. The house is a perfect mix of modern and antique. It is luxurious, but not the type of delicate luxury where you are constantly worrying you’ll break something! The space is very well designed and we were able to completely unwind. The medieval hill town of Monteleone d’Orvieto has tons of charm and incredible views as well. We will definitely be recommending this rental to friends and family, and hope to return."

"We stayed in the downstairs apartment, which was spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated with some lovely antiques. The surrounding grounds, olive orchard and view are also beautiful. We had lots of rain, and especially enjoyed the covered patio—which allowed us to be outdoors and enjoy the view without getting wet!
