"A truly horrible experience. Do not recommend anyone to go to this place. First of all we arrived at night they went to the parking lot they did not know English they drove us crazy they brought us to another hotel that also belongs to them and just understood that it was a mistake and we were right. The room had a heavy smell of smoking even though it was nonsmoking rooms, they did not know any English was hard to communicate sucks at the levels we just wanted to go and leave the place no one...

"Il posto è proprio trascurato,anni sessanta,come ci tiene a dire il proprietario. Riscaldamento assente,in quanto una legge(?), sostiene il proprietario,lo obbliga ad accendere il 30 ottobre....mha...Servizi igienici rosa,anni sessanta appunto, pure scheggiati. Vasca da bagno da cambiare. Essendo mia moglie ipovedente con grosse difficoltà deambulatorie,ha dovuto affrontare una serie interminabile di gradini, dall' ingresso in poi. "This property is absolutely stunning the history of it is great and the staff do know so ask... The surroundings are second to none in a beautiful little village. if you are looking for somewhere that is peaceful and cultured this is the place to go. I have visited twice and will be returning for a longer stay in the future. "

"Very professional staff; good customer service well situated with parking lot. Now.!!! Room decent size, chairs in hard pvc not comfortable at all, telephone not working, poor wifi, sink faucet leaks. SORRY ( Not Recommended )"

"We had a lovely stay. The service was incredible. The place is run by 2 sisters and their Mamma. Mamma's food in the restaurant was SO good! (Book when you check in.
