This oversized home features a large open floor plan on the main level allowing for easy inside and out side entertainment. All the bedrooms are located upstairs.

Great Location: Capitola, Rio Del Mar State Beach (my favorite), & New Brighton State Beach are roughly 2-3 miles away. Famous Beach Boardwalk is 8 miles away. Bring your bikes (e-bikes are even better) & experience our cute town.

Spacious Haven
Loved the spacious first floor and two masters upstairs. Backyard is private and lovely. Enjoyed the coyote howls (?) in the distance and twitter of birds while surrounded by eucalyptus trees.

Great gathering venue
Our group of teachers and dear friends have been gathering for 8 years now and this was our favorite venue yet. The check-in process was seamless, the owners communication was excellent, the living space was very comfortable and the sleeping arrangements quite flexible. We absolutely enjoyed our experience! Friends weekend getaway
This property was even more impressive than it seemed in the photos. We were a group of 10 adult women and there was enough space for all of us to relax and the enjoy the weekend. The backyard space was very enjoyable and peaceful. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything that we could have needed. Crystal was very helpful and responsive when I had questions before and during our stay. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Sweet Sixteen Birthday Party
We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday with 7 of her closest friends, my husband and stepmom. We had a blast in this huge home that had everything! We would definitely stay at this spacious and wonderful home again. We very much enjoyed the hot tub, comfy beds, extremely well stocked kitchen and fabulous backyard!

Wonderful Wedding Weekend
What an amazing weekend stay at this gorgeous property!! We had family and friends out for my son's wedding at the Hay Barn (UCSC) and this house was perfect for our group. Lots of room both inside and out. Every amenity you could ask for! The back yard was so pleasant and serene. We enjoyed the spa as well. Crystal the host was very attentive and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this property!

Very nice place and location. Plenty of room inside and out. Loved the wildlife in a forest like setting. A quail family hung around all the time, lots of other birds, rabbits, ground squirrels, tree squirrels, even a black tree squirrel, and a four point deer in creek bed below. Played baggo and horse shoes and drove to the beach a few days.

Beautiful house, fully stocked with all the kitchen items you could want for a nice dinner party.
The description is true to form. Awesome house for a large group of people. Owner was quick to respond to questions & let us check in early. House was clean with nice towels & sheets/pillows. Only drawback was the a lukewarm shower (but there were 12 of us trying to get ready at once.)

Large, spotless, and well appointed.
This large, well appointed home was perfect for our family of 8 adults, a 3-yr old, a 6-yr old and a dog. The yard was fully fenced with a large lawn and nice hot-tub. One of the two very large rooms had two trundle beds for kids in addition to the king for adults. Was anything missing? I can’t imagine what else one might need! The property manager thought of everything! I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful home and short drive to Capitola!
First, I just wanted to say that Crystal was very quick to respond and so easy to communicate with. She was very nice and willing and flexible to accommodate my large family. The house is gorgeous and the beds are very comfortable. We found everything we needed and there were so many great extras, like 2 coffee pots, and many extra towels! The back yard is very large and even though it rained through our stay we would still go out in the back yard when we could just to enjoy the nice set up and fresh air. I would definitely come back and say again when visiting Capitola.

VERY well-stocked kitchen.
Any professional chef would be quite pleased with all the goodies! Huge back yard for large gatherings and plenty of room for the children to run till they drop. House has impeccable touches. Our entire family was able to eat together at single humongous dining room table. Owners very responsive to any problems that arose which were corrected immediately (which we thought actually unnecessary). Location very private and peaceful.

Nice Stay in Soquel
My friends and I spent four nights here while we enjoyed some of the area golf courses. The house was very nice, very well equipped. A bit of a funky neighborhood, the house stood out for its relative newness. Unfortunately, there was no power in one of the bedrooms upon arrival, so we had to find the fuse box and remedy the situation. Also, the bathroom floor in the shared bathroom is very slippery. We ate out almost exclusively, had some nice dinners in Capitola and Santa Cruz. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay. I

Exactly what we wanted
This was as advertised, good multi-family home for all to enjoy. Very good location with Santa Cruz within 15 minutes, and beaches and restaurants galore. The bedrooms were good, the kitchen was usable with good appliances and plenty of space to work in. There were more "owner" closets and pantries than we thought there would be but it really didn't matter as they provided in room hanging racks. The backyard and patio were exactly what we needed for kids and dog and the living rooms and dining rooms were great gathering areas. Miinor flaw in the place was there were some ants in the bathrooms, and the hot tub was average (heated to good temperature but the bubbles and jets didn't work all that well due to age of the hot tub, I guess). Would highly recommend for small family reunion, which was what our stay was.

Beautiful Property
We stayed here over the Christmas holiday for four nights. We were with my extended family. We took advantage of the chef's kitchen and it had just about everything we needed to cook our Christmas dinner. We played corn-hole and bocce on the immaculate backyard. Some of us used the hot tub. The location is very private and quiet. The only sounds we heard were the cows in the field across the ravine from the backyard. There is lots of parking right in the front and in the four-car garage which made unloading all the stuff we brought easy. The pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful property, very clean, with comfortable beds. The communication was excellent from the host when I had a few questions. Would highly recommend.
