The place in general is very nice but it doesn't seem to me that to access the jacuzzi or relaxation areas you have to pay for the spa, since in similar places there are no extra charges, when making a balance between price and what they offer there is no the accessibility of what is expected, and also the prices of the restaurant are very high being in Colombia, I don't think that someone native would be accessible

This was my second time staying here. I did not have a great experience. A group of about 12 people arrived at night and partied all night with loud music. I complained at 3 and 4 am because I could hear it through my earplugs. The next morning reception told me those guests were kicked out for the noise. No, instead they were at the pool all day drinking, cursing at me, and making threats to me in Spanish. I didn’t feel safe and there was no police or security. I spent $1500 USD for two days including food and drinks. For the money, this was not the experience I paid for. There are better options in Santa Fe.

It was an incredible hotel. Staff was attentive to all our needs. A social thanks to Alexis and Juan Pablo, these two gentleman could not do enough for us. They were concerned of all our needs. They went above and beyond to make us happy and confortable. Needless to say all their staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Greenery! Garden very well kept. The shower does NOT have a curtain or enclosure therefore allowing water to spill onto the toilet, the sink, and the floor.

El lugar es muy lindo, pero a pesar de esto no quedamos satisfechos, ya que fuimos especialmente a descansar como turistas y contratamos el servicio de Spa y fue terrible, la persona estaba más pendiente de usar el celular que de hacer bien su trabajo, quede con dolores de espalda. Nos fuimos a quejar de inmediato donde nos dijieron que iban a tener una atención por el mal momento y nada sucedió. Lo otro es que en la habitación se escuchaban ruidos de la limpieza y arrastrando sillas desde las 6:30 am. El lugar es precioso, pero sin duda tienen cosas que mejorar.

Worst stay ever! Where do I begin, upon arrival the pool has an issue and a truck needs to pump water in the pool which took hours and was ver noisy. 2nd part of the hotel is under construction and all morning long from 8am ( you can really rest) you hear hammer noise Heavy machine cutting ext… that last all day. Booked a massage and while the therapist was great the hammer noise was horrible. My opinion that it will take them several more months to complete the construction. And last is the food, very disappointing nothing tasting good and I’ve asked for a medium well steak they took over 1 hr and brought it extremely well done. They offer to change it took extra 45 minutes and served it rare. Needless to say I was shocked, ordered the chicken instead and that was ok but took an extra 40 min. So after 2 hour and 25 minutes I finally eat. Same story the next day, I’ve explained I have an allergy for ham so I ask for a simple grilled chicken sandwich with no ham or cheese, took 1 hour and arrived with ham and cheese, I literally had no more words and just decided to leave the place. I spend on average of 140 nights in hotels a year and never had such bad experiences in any of the hotels I stay worldwide.
