View of Lac d'Hossegor, located 1879 avenue du Tour du Lac in Hossegor, it is an ideal location:
* family with children (not recommended between 6 months and 3 years old because raised terrace, fall possible for daredevils :)). Access to Ocean Beaches and Lake Beach on foot (about 600m). Closed ground sported by 1 100m² which gives on the pines, a calm and restful place.
Ideal house for athletes:
- Ocean, Gravière Beach (world famous surf spot), Estagnots beach with parking and of course the Central for night owls ...
- Lake Hossegor opposite with access to the White Beach (swimming, water skiing, paddle, ...) and for the smallest Club des Pingouins 800m on foot.
* Indian summer; period of calm, with the famous Indian summer of the Landes, to avoid the summer excitement. A favorable period for surfers with the Atlantic swells which generate regular swell, offshore wind conditions, the sea temperature remaining around 20 ° while the summer heat drops, with in high point the Quiksilver Pro France in early October which sees the best surfers in the world compete.

Perfect location
Very enjoyable stay, location is perfect and the house is well equipped. living room is not very big if you are a large family (but largely sufficiently) however the outside spaces are great.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Das sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus haben wir eine Woche lang genossen. Alles war sehr sauber und angenehm. Vor allem die Aussendusche wurde von uns allen, einer Familie mit fünf erwachsenen Kindern, immer genutzt. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, wenn man gerne zu Fuß schnell am Strand ist. Dominique ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, sehr entspannt und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Hossegor.

Tolle Zeit im Ferienhaus
Wir waren insgesamt mit acht Personen für 7 Tage im Ferienhaus und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich super, vor allem Kleinigkeiten wie die Wäscheleine hinterm Haus oder vier große Sonnenschirme für den Strand sind sehr praktisch, auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Die Lage der Ferienhauses ist ebenfalls sehr gut, in weniger als 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand und in ca. 25 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt. Am Strand befinden sich außerdem direkt einige Surfschulen, was uns sehr wichtig war. Die Kommunikation mit Dominique hat auch sehr gut funktioniert und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Un petit coin de paradis
Emplacement idéal entre mer et lac. La terrasse qui cerne la maison permet de profiter du moindre rayon de soleil a tout heure du jour. 2 chambres séparées parfaites quand on a 2 ados en quête d’indépendance. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le séjour est assez petit mais très cosy. En bref, en couple avec 2 ados et une pré-ado, cette maison est idéale.

Une maison vraiment très agréable, bien conçue sur plusieurs niveaux et 2 terrasses d'exposition différente, petite piscine néanmoins suffisante, ambiance nocturne travaillée. Très pratique pour héberger jusqu'à 4 ados ou jeunes adultes dans l'étage inférieur en toute autonomie sans interférer avec le reste de la maison. Toutes les commodités sont là, machine à laver, à café, télé écran plat avec netflix et box réseau, et en prime tout les petits indispensables comme les torchons, liquide vaisselle, papier toilette, sopalin, capsules cafés, thé, infusions, condiments et j'en oublie... vraiment à conseiller, et un propriétaire ultra présent et attentionné ! en conclusion on est bien-sûr enchantés !

Perfect retreat - relax, surf, have a great time!
We spent 2 weeks in Dominique's beautiful house. The location was perfect for us as we could walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes and barefoot. The walk to the lake is even much shorter. The house is located on a beautiful property with lots of space to relax, BBQ, swim in the pool and just have a good time. There is also a beach volleyball court in the upper part of the yard. The old pine trees provide nice shade when it is hot. The equipment was great for us, if you travel with kids it is always nice to have a washing mashine and in this case evene a dryer. The house is nice and spacious so you have enough space even in bad weather. As surfers, we particularly liked that there is a lockable shed with board racks and an outdoor shower with warm water. We could park our two cars on the property and there is also plenty of parking along the road. Dominiques is a great host, he was always available for as when needed and communication was very easy for us in english (we don't speak french well). Overall great experience would do it again any time!

Une maison très agréable et extrêmement fonctionnelle, tout est pensé pour que le séjour se passe comme si vous étiez chez vous, le bonus avec les différentes terrasses et l'autonomie totale entre les étages. Chacun peut-être chez soi, si vous venez à plusieurs. Plage et lac accessibles à pied. Proximité du centre ville à vélo et à pied. Et un propriétaire aux petits soins, vraiment très sympathique. Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux dans la villa de Dominique
Tout d’abord , nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux de la part du propriétaire et du service de conciergerie. La villa est idéalement située. Le coin est calme et reposant avec une vue sur le lac de la terrasse, à 5 minutes à vélo de l’océan. Elle est très bien équipée, tant intérieurement Qu’extérieurement. De nombreux atouts pour y passer d’excellentes vacances.
