Appartement situé tres proche de la mer, malheureusement proche également des lieux de sorties des jeunes l'été...beaucoup de bruits tard la nuit.. Propriétaire très gentille. Quelques aménagements interieurs suffiraient à améliorer la qualite du séjour.. Une cave pour ranger les vélos serait 1 plus.. Nous avons passé un bon séjour..

Les taudis existent même en location
Appartement insalubre. Jamais vue un telle horreur depuis 40 ans que je loue dans les Landes pour les vacances . Odeur putride : explication : il y’a eu un dégât des eaux ….. Pas d’eau chaude depuis notre arrivée jusqu’au lendemain .Explication : vous avez fait disjoncter le ballon ! Évidemment faux , je ne suis pas né de la dernière pluie ! Ménage inexistant , gras partout , ampoule qui grillent en série , fil électrique dénudés quand on veut changer l’ampoule etc …. Nous décidons de nous sauver après 2 nuits passées sur place, avec l’accord de la propriétaire qui nous promet le remboursement des 5 nuits non consommées . J’ai reçu aujourd’hui un chèque de 200 euros après avoir verser 620 euros plus 500 euros pour nous reloger dans un endroit descent. ! Très rentable la semaine à Hossegor ! Pour résumer évitez les locations proposée par Laurence Gaillard , arnaque et mauvaise foi a tout les étages !

Appartement bien situé à 2 pas de la plage centrale d’hossegor en rdc bon accueil de la propriétaire agréable petite cuisine fonctionnelle avec lave vaisselle un peu exiguë ustensiles de cuisine à améliorer literie basique à améliorer nécessiterait quelques aménagements pour améliorer le confort bonne location dans l’ensemble

L’appartement n’était pas très propre en arrivant mais ce n’étais pas dutout la faute de la propriétaire qui a été adorable, mais celle des précédents locataires qui n’avait pas nettoyé comme elle leurs avaient fait promettre. Cependant l’appartement est tellement joli et bien situé que ca a vite été oublié. Résidence très calme, super pour de vacances entre amis ou en famille. Je recommande complètement

Idéalement placé, à 2 pas de la plage Centrale. Si vous aimez être bercé par le bruit des vagues, ce logement est parfait. Excellent accueil de l'hôte et résidence silencieuse et calme.

Hoosgore entre plage et place des Landais
Logement très bien situé, a 2 pas de la plage et de la place des Landais. Cette situation peut aussi être un inconvénient en ce qui concerne les nuisances sonores. Attention au local a velo qui est très petit, ce qui nous a obligé a mettre les vélos a l exterieur. Propriétaire sympathique.
