"Karen and I fell in love with the apartment and Segovia. The apartment was located over a bar and on a relatively quiet street just off the main square. The apartment had plenty of room with terrace window in the living room and the bedroom. "Spacious apartment located in ideal position to see the old town. Stayed on 5th floor, lift goes to 4th floor then flight of stairs to apartment and roof terrace. Living area had a raised platform with two steps to reach sofa and coffee table, so this apartment would be unsuitable for someone with mobility issues. No entendimos muy bien el anuncio y descubrimos una casa con 4 casas dentro…que no fué un problema en absoluto pero si que está llena de escaleras y eso era un peligro añadido para los niños con el que no contábamos pero no era de gravedad. "The hotel was immaculately clean. The lobby had a room area with comfortable lounging couches and chairs. The lemon water and fun little marshmallow candies were a nice touch. Our rooms were relatively simple and comfortable and warm. Good showers and the room service for cleaning was the best I have ever had in a hotel experience."
