"We love the neighborhood- friendly people, dog walkers & small businesses and restaurants. Martin, the host, provides amenities and helpful information. For example, in addition to fresh ground coffee, he also has raincoats, bug spray & other thoughtful provisions. Pet friendly also. We will return. "

"No lighting getting to unit, creepy alley feeling. Outside are cute but not for small dogs. Multiple areas where they can escape. Pavers not level, big tripping hazard. Couple of electrical outlets with no faceplate or anchored. Hard to use. Toilet rocks. "

"The rental was very nice. It seems like a good place to relax but we were busy visiting family every day so we did not have much time to just hang out. The home has easy access to the Phoenix area and the mountains. Next time we stay, I plan to dedicate at least a day to relaxing at the property."

"Here's a nice quiet place for a solo or couple. There's a great pool, great place to swim and sun. The host is super responsive and attentive to details. An issue with check in was dealt with very well. Parking and egress is great. The location is near the freeway, near downtown, and quick ways to reach anywhere in the valley. Would stay there again. "We had a wonderful stay in the pool house of a beautiful property in the South Mountain area. This is perfect for a couple, especially those looking to stay in an area away from the city center. Located in a gated community, they offer access to not only their own private pool, but to the community recreation facilities as well. "The property was roomy but had no storage. The bed (king sized) was comfortable. We washed our linens as we were told linens would be changed every 15 days. We bought a set of silverware for the kitchen as there was one knife, two spoons and a fork. The refrigerator was dorm-sized and you had to get down on your knees to get anything in it. The unit had an odor of sewer. Won't stay there, again."
