This totally private studio has it's own entrance at the opposite end our hilltop home from where we reside, so you will have lots of privacy. There is an outdoor eating area right outside your door with a lovely view of a large vineyard. Enjoy whisper quiet a/c and heat provided by a new state-of-the-art HVAC system and high-speed internet. We specialize in quality sleep and amenities: high thread count 100% cotton sheets, down comforter or cotton coverlet on a new Caspar mattress with 2 soft and 2 firm pillows. Keurig, refrigerator, microwave, yogurt, granola, oatmeal, fresh fruit and flowers await you. The studio is 270 sq ft room with private toilet room and shower. Live the wine country life: Enjoy a glass of wine while looking out over the vineyard.

Close to many wonderful restaurants serving safely outdoors with heaters, many wineries, Jack London State Park and other hiking trails.

COVID SAFE This unit is impeccably cleaned and disinfected following CDC standards after each guest.

Well-behaved dogs permitted for $75/dog one time charge for your entire stay.

Wonderful Get Away
We spent a week at the property for our anniversary. The communication was perfect, Jeannette responded with answers to our questions in a timely manner. The outdoor patio was wonderful for setting out and enjoying the view with a glass of wine. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property
My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and it was the perfect get away. The location was perfect as it’s close to a lot of wineries, restaurants and shopping. The property itself is nestled next to a vineyard which made the experience so unique, it was also very quiet. We absolutely loved staying there!

Perfect for a winery trip
We stayed two nights and did a winery tour while in Sonoma. Location was perfect, very peaceful and relaxing. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Outdoor space was great to have too. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Very pleasant stay in Sonoma
The property was very nice for a 3 night stay, quiet and peaceful. Just down the hill there were some great restaurants where we ate. The room was clean and the little touches, such as snacks and great coffee were much appreciated. We didn't have much contact with the owners, but they were very friendly and welcoming. I would stay again.

We loved our stay here. It’s in a quiet area and the view of the vineyards were amazing. The hosts were super nice and their home was super accommodating. We were close to all our activities (aka wineries). Would definitely recommend it!

The most charming stay!
This was the perfect location to enjoy wine country! The room is tucked away at the top of a hill overlooking a gorgeous vineyard, and had everything you need for a home base while bouncing around Sonoma and Napa wineries. Jeannette is wonderfully responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend, and hope to return soon!

The property was as described on quiet street. A nice home base in Sonoma. Amenities were thoughtful and just right. There isn’t a tv in the room, but this wasn’t a big deal as the Wi-Fi worked well.

20 Year Anniversary Sonoma Get Away
My wife and I had a wonderful time. Spent time at the coast, the vineyards, the stompers game, and local restaurants. Accommodations were perfect for two. The view to the vineyard in the back yard was exquisite and was utilized every morning and evening.

Very private and peaceful stay.
Enjoyed our 3-night stay in this lovely studio. Owners were very easy to communicate with, before and during our stay. We sat outside on the patio once, but the temps were a little cold. Since the view was so nice, wish we could have stayed out more! Located close to many small restaurants.

A Perfect Homebase
This room was just what we needed during our stay in Sonoma. The online photos were spot on, and we enjoyed the patio table in the mornings for our coffee, and the gate to the bordering vineyard to walk our pup in the evenings. Although this room is part of the main house, the privacy was exceptional. The hosts responded to queries about their favorite restaurants quickly, and their advice was extremely helpful. Again, this was just what we were looking for as a homebase for our days touring the Sonoma/Napa area.

Quiet studio with lovely morning views
The studio is in a quite location up a hill. Sit out for breakfast (granola and yogurt provided) overlooking a vineyard and hills and watching the hummingbirds. Jeanette was accommodating and responsive. We would stay again

Great place for day trips
We appreciate when owners put extras in- yogurt, granola, coffee. Comfy studio great launch for the Napa/Sonoma area. Good for singles or a couple. Super clean and lovely garden w view of a vineyard. Highly recommend.

Adorable Studio in convenient location
We wanted to be close to wine country activities, and the location delivered. The vineyard off the backyard is gorgeous. The space is perfect for a single person or a couple who plan to be active and need a place to sleep and relax in between activities. The hosts were generous with food and beverage supplies (the chocolates are a great touch). It was easy to find, and parking was not a problem. It is located at the top of a steep hill, so don't expect to walk places. We would happily stay there again.

Sonoma!
I stayed for five nights and everything was perfect. Jeanette provided everything one could think of in the tastefully furnished room with full bath facilities, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. My dog was welcomed with genuine enthusiasm and there were even bowls set out for her. Everything was exactly as described in the listing - it is quiet and the bed is amazingly comfortable. Very restful and relaxing. I highly recommend it!
