Prime Sunrise Viewing at L’Alba; enjoy a 2 BR/2 BA home with an EV Car Charger

L’Alba means sunrise in Italian and there’s no better place to watch it than in this home in the middle of wine country in Sonoita/Elgin Arizona. L’Alba is located on the high ground of 10.5 acres surrounded by several mountain ranges. This house begs you to sit, relax and rejuvenate while enjoy the peace that surrounds you. The kitchen and hallway have floor to ceiling windows with some of the best views in the area!

Sonoita is approximately at 4,800 feet elevation and mornings and evenings are cool year round.

Sonoita is in the heart of southern Arizona’s wine country but is also close to other attractions and activities. It’s the perfect location for individuals, couples and families to come to explore and enjoy the quietness of nature. The area currently has 15 vineyards, two breweries and one mead manufacturer. If you get tired of ‘tastings,’ Tombstone, Bisbee, Patagonia, Nogales, and Wilcox are easy driving distances to explore. The area has excellent hiking, birding and hunting.

The house:

You enter from a large off-road parking area. An EV charger is available for use and is located in the parking area.

The living room has a smart television with the most common streaming apps. There is an antenna that is connected for local channels or you can sign into your existing streaming accounts to watch your favorite shows. The living room features a couch with a chaise lounge and an over sized chair for your use. There is free wireless WiFi internet in the home.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the house. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. The master has an en-suite bath with a large shower and a sitting area. The second bath is a shower and tub combination located in the hall to provide shared use.

The kitchen has full size appliances and is well equipped for cooking while you are there. The refrigerator has an ice maker in the top freezer and a water dispenser inside the refrigerator. The stove/oven is electric and there is a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee pot. Additionally there is a dishwasher, microwave and dining table. A seating area is arranged by the windows.

There are several seating areas outside around three sides of the house and a large blue charcoal grill. There is a large outdoor game area including a bocce ball court. Use the yoga mats in the bocce court and enjoy sunrise yoga. Next to the game area is a pathway leading to the highest point of the property for sunset viewing.

There is a Weber grill outside the kitchen for grilling. Yoga mats are in the kitchen pantry, a variety of puzzles are in the living room and outdoor games are next to bocce ball court.

We had a great time staying in this wonderful house with lots of windows and a spectacular view! The house had everything we could ever need and our dogs had so much fun running around outside! It’s the most quiet and peaceful setting. We can’t wait to come back!

Good morning, Arizona!
Beautiful sunrises and views enjoyed through expansive windows. Very comfortable house, has all you need and centrally located for visiting wineries, canyons, San Pedro riparian area and Patagonia. Canelo Hills Arizona Trail section nearby also. Perfect stay.

We truly enjoyed our time at L'Alba. It was perfect for a family of four. Love all of the windows for wildlife viewing (deer came right to the door of home,) and pure relaxation. We'd love to return again next year.

L’Alba Weekend Getaway
We stayed two nights at L’Alba and loved every minute. The house is beautiful and the views are fantastic!! The location is super close to some great wineries and the vibe is total relaxation. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Sonoita!

The owners have taken a lot of care in decorating and stocking this home. They have thought of many small details that make your stay even more enjoyable. The land is amazing as well with trails to enjoy the property and has great views. I highly recommend renting this property.

Beautiful house, stunning property, excellent area, extremely responsive and caring host. My wife and I stayed here for two weeks and it was perfect. The host clearly put a lot of thought and care into designing the house and property and it shows. Absolutely loved the seating area in the kitchen and all the outside seating areas. All in all a great stay. If you're looking in the Sonoita area this get be beat.

The Greatest Place in Sonoita!
This is the second time we have chosen this home in as many years. It is perfectly located near what is available in Sonoita, the many wineries, and Patagonia. The home is extremely well appointed, especially with the Moccamaster coffee maker. The views from nearly every window of the home, are breathtaking. Communication with Kathryn and Emily is easy and accommodating. If you are interested in visiting the area, this is the home for you!

Excellent getaway
Everything was even better than expected. We were looking for a quiet place to spend the weekend with our two dogs. Check-in was a breeze and the property had everything we needed. We and the dogs enjoyed walking around the property, especially the nice little trail to the high point of the property with spectacular views. Perfect spot to just relax or use as a base camp to visit wine country.

Peaceful getaway at Casa L’Alba
We had the perfect stay at this glorious property. 10 acres of tranquility surrounded the most adorable home with windows overlooking the valley below. We watched storms roll in, met a friendly deer, and just cooked amazing food in the well appointed kitchen. Everything was spotless, and the space was so comfortable. We look forward to staying again soon!

Really well done floorplan and accomodations. Kitchen area especially pleasing and the views were magnificent. Nice area to walk our golden retriever. Had everything we needed and location was near stores to get anything we wanted. Also, near restaurants that came in handy. We would definitely consider this property again and have worked with this family previously with super results!

A Remarkable View Propery
This is a remarkable place with stunning sunrise and sunset views. The house is perched in a slight hill and with the floor to ceiling windows, you can see three mountain ranges. The kitchen is beautifully appointed and the aesthetic touches and textiles throughout are lovely. The rooms are comfortably decorated and it’s a great place to relax. The surrounding grasslands are fascinating and the birds are plentiful. If you are in this area, this is a special home.
