"Good for the price. Room and bed was clean and not smelly. Bathroom was clean. Close to the train station but walking takes 10-15 minutes. Taking a taxi is a much better choice. Free Wi-Fi requires mainland phone validation which was a big inconvenience to foreign visitors. Local area offered not much but the bus stops are right around the corner. Great value overall."

"Great place to stay with a convenient location. Service was top notch, Andy looked after everything from the moment I arrived and made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Very impressed with the breakfast and facilities. Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Ningbo, and once again top notch customer service from Andy which you rarely get in China, a nice surprise."

"I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The service across the board—from the front desk to housekeeping to the executive lounge—was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was patient, attentive, and detail-oriented. A special shout-out to Ada from the executive lounge, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Her exceptional service stood out and added a personal touch that was much appreciated. The hotel’s location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the night view of the city skyline from our room was absolutely breathtaking—a perfect way to wind down after a busy day. I highly recommend this hotel for both its service and its prime location. I look forward to staying here again!"
