"Hotel staff was very helpful in organising our activities. We needed to purchase additional suitcases and they even guided us through an online purchase which was in Mandarin. Breakfast selection was brilliant. Perfect location."

"Overall quite a comfortable stay. Pillows were too flat for liking. And perhaps due to the high volume of guests over the festive period, they didn't have extra pillows at request, and ran out of sugar sachets at breakfast. Shower was nice and warm, pressure was great."

"Good service, easy check-in, staff welcoming and happy to speak English. Room was big and clean with a great view, with everything, even USB charging cord. Great location near many good restaurants and a shopping mall. Bus to Harbin airport and local metro are both walkable, but not short walks, some local buses right there though. "
