"Beautiful home. Great plus to have a washer and dryer available. Very clean. I would have liked to have had a top sheet between me and the cozy comforter. I looked in cabinet and laundry room but could not find one."

La maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, la cuisine est entièrement équipée, c'est une maison chaleureuse et calme. Le traitement avec Jean a été très cordial et attentionné, il tenait à ce que nous allions bien. "Accueil : très agréable. Explications pour le chauffage, la gestion des déchets, le volets roulants électriques.La maison en général : grande pièce de vie. Connection Wifi, téléviseur. Petit plus : le sapin était posé et illuminé lorsque nous sommes arrivés.Equipements : lave-vaisselle fonctionnel. Four, cafetière, grille-pain, micro-onde tout est ok. N'avons pas utilisé les autres équipement (lave-linge etc...)Les extérieurs : nous avons eu beaucoup de neige pour Noël pour la plus grande joie...

"First, as travelers from the US, we are used to having a lot of space. This house had plenty of it and it was perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean and Christian was super nice and responsive. We would return without question. We had a car rented which I highly recommend. Now…Keintzheim…what a gem. This cute little town was great. 2 amazing restaurants, walkable, and very residential. It is very much different than surrounding towns. We found if we wanted to “go out” we would go to...

"At first the owner could not meet us the agreed at check-in time. We had to protest in order to check-in as planned. The we were criticised for the state of the property, by mail after we had left , - the owner were not present at check-out time. We had only slept, eaten breakfast and showered."

The owners are on the property but we hardly saw them.They were helpful and friendly and welcomed us with a breakfast cake and bottle of wine (both local) and a variety of other beverages in fridge. "Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans cet appartement. Propre, spacieux et très bien situé, il est parfait pour accueillir une famille, que ce soit avec des enfants ou des adultes. L’espace est convivial, confortable et parfaitement adapté pour se sentir comme à la maison.Le propriétaire est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours à l’écoute et disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. "Unbelievable place to stay with family for a week in Christmas. Perfect to travel around Alsace main locations. The gite offers everything you might need. Patricia was an excellent host, always there ready to help & advice. 100% recommended."

"Le chalet est grand et nous a permis de venir à 9 adultes et 2 enfants pour fêter Noël. La propriétaire avait mis un sapin et plein de décorations de Noël! Et il y avait plein de jeux de société pour les enfants. Merci!Le chalet est en deux appartements non communiquant, c’est la partie moins pratique car les deux entrées sont assez éloignées.Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour!"

"Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money."

"Near the Colmar train station and centre of bus network. Very clean, well-run and organized. Very good breakfast (extra). Front desk staff very helpful, fluent in English and German too. Indoor pool looked wonderful but I didn't use it. This property is most suited to families, and is self-catering with small stove, fridge, dishes, pots and dishwasher; there is no daily supply of towels or bedsheets.
