"The property was in an amazing location tucked away with beautiful views of the Soller valley and the mountains. The driveway was slightly tight in the big Peugeot we rented - next time mental note to get a small car - regardless it was still fine! The location was a short walk from the local Spar and the town which had superb restaurants. It was the ideal base for exploring - tram to Port De Soller was an experience as was the train to Palma. "Can Fabiol is an attractive little house set in a beautiful location with the mountains soaring above the property and the lovely town of Soller below in the valley. It is very tranquil, with just the sound of cockerels crowing to each other up and down the valley and the bells of the cathedral chiming the hour. The accommodation is fairly basic but the patio and small pool provide a very pleasant space to enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Highly recommended!"

"The property was very poorly appointed. Lots of broken tiles and flooring, stains on the indoor seating which smelled when you sat on them. The towels were flimsy and no soap provided in each bathroom. There were insects crawling around in the bathroom and we were all bitten by something during our stay. The property was cold at night and the bedding wasn't sufficient for an autumn stay. We found spare duvets but not for everyone and they were covered in stains. There were 2 large farm dogs left...

"We absolutely loved everything about this property. It’s very quaint in its decor, the pool is lovely with lots of outdoor seating and it was nice that there was plenty of shade in the garden too. The property is located perfectly for an easy bus, drive or walk to the town of Sóller or the Port. The house was clean and very well provisioned. "We stayed for 7 nights and had a fantastic time. The Villa is very well equipped with everything you could need. Very spacious inside and out, good sized pool, plenty to do including a pool table and table tennis. It’s location is very good to explore the Island and we enjoyed going in to Inca 2-3 times to eat. Supermarket choice is good and 3-4 are about 2 minutes away . We got the train from Inca into Palma which was very easy. The lady we booked with (Magdalena) was very helpful and...
