"Great place to stay and the breakfast is free. Please attend to the smelly toilets on the first floor. Room 12. I had to keep closing the bathroom / toilet door because the sewerage smell is terrible "

"Terrible experience"

"When you arriv you cant collect your keys from Forenna but a hotel around the corner which is fine as its close by but when we arrived back at Forenna there were two people sat on the outside step at midday both hungover and being sick! Which lead to a Spanish man shouting at them on the street to leave immediately. Overall inside was clean and the beds were really comfortable. It was however very noisy with people coming in all times of the night and waking everyone up as the walls are paper...

"All was ok except they didn’t have share kitchen like most hostels in world or fridge and cupboards to store your food and drinks "

"A very small room, smaller than anticipated for 2 guests. Expected 2 single beds & ended up with a double, arrived after midnight & couldn’t be bothered to walk back to reception to request a change. The hostel is out of the way so it was quiet & peaceful, we hardly saw anyone. Walking distance (up hill) to the main hotel & facilities which were great. I’d stay again but would want a bigger room."

"We were in a double room first night but I think that the hostel staff soon realised that myself and my friend were a couple of lads and a double bed wasn't really suitable.The following morning we were collected at no cost and taken to another hostel that was more to our liking twin room and plenty of bars around for our entertainment. I must point out that we were travelling to watch football Real Mallorca v West Bromwich Albion (lost 1 nil).Thanks to all the great staff especially the lovely...

The hostel is located in a great part of palma city centre cathedral and shopping centr just a few minutes walking , thank you so much you made time enjoyable and full of fun and hope back again"

"The accommodation was absolutely lovely. Spotlessly clean, welcoming, with all the amenities as described like new. But it was more luxurious than expected with electric operated curtains from the bedside, tvs on both levels, two separate showers, multiple fresh towels etc. it was excellent. "

"This hotel was lovely, the staff were so accommodating and friendly nothing was too much bother. Each night we ordered take away into the hotel and staff were helpful in making sure we knew where plates and cutlery were. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen especially with variety. For a three star hotel it was a lot better than I had expected. It also seems that they are doing some refurbishments which I believe will improve the hotel further. The room we stayed in was perfectly fine, it wasn’t spotless but I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels that were to the same standard. There is a bus stop a minute walk out of the hotel and Ubers from the airport to the hotel wasn’t expensive which was a highlight. Overall if you want to stay somewhere that is cheap and cheerful this place is spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and as young adults I felt very safe staying here. "
