"The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel is very nice—clean and quiet. There is a free public parking lot just around the corner from the hotel (and right next to a police station so it feels very safe) or you can pay 10 Euros to park in a gated lot on the hotel premises. There is a little shopping plaza right across the street with a bakery, a produce store and a grocery store plus there are two bus stations very close so we were able to take the bus to the metro and get into the heart of Milan very easily. For the affordable price this hotel is surprisingly elegant b"
