Not good enough

"Even though we reserved for 3 people there wasn’t a third bed. The third person is supposed to sleep on the sofa-bed but it wasn’t made and there were no sheets or pillow for the third person. We had to contact the customer service and they told us to find the sheets in the cupboard outside the room. ..."

"We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Room was very spacious and came with a bottle of sparkling wine and free use of the mini bar. Staff was very friendly and parking was conveniently connected to the hotel."

"The staff were warm helpful and accommodating. The room was nicely organized and updated. Everything was super clean. In particular the breakfast was outstanding, many choices well presented and delicious we ate in a sunny comfortable room we would definitely recommend and stay there again"
