Unfortunately there is zero noise insulation and you simply cannot be here and relax due to people in the other units coming and going day and night, the latter for northern light trips. There is zero on site support, despite advertising front desk being open during the day. Even before the trip we couldn't get hold of the manager and neither could Hotels.com. No info provided. The manager is slow to get back to any text and doesn't answer his phone. He...

"The house is a bit outside town in a separate peaceful island. If you like more peaceful location, this is a good option. The town itself is easily reachable if you have a car. Multiple grocery stores are also nearby. The suite was well equipped and is suitable for two persons. The owner was also nice and we had easy communication with her of the practical accommodation matters. "

"We had a rough start to our first day in Tromso but Linn and Birger were so gracious and helpful! They even helped us pick up some groceries. They helped make our stay so wonderful and gave fantastic recommendations for seeing the northern lights and also fun Tromso activities! "Our group of 11 had a wonderful stay here. We came to see the northern lights and we didn’t even have to leave the boat to see them! The location gets you away from the city light pollution but close enough that trips into town aren’t a hassle. The interior is beautifully crafted with plenty of space for our whole group. The owner was so attentive and easy to reach for questions. I would recommend and stay again. "
