"We reserved, paid for, and had confirmed a two night stay at this property. When we arrived, the host/property owner shared that the property had been double booked and that we would be able to stay in the apartment the second night only. They did provide another property for the first night instead. It was not as nice, it was not as spacious, and no expansive terrace with the beautiful view. We also then had to move to the new apartment after the first night which took time out of our vacation....

"The property is large and spacious, old-fashioned / dated in style, but adequate. The beds are not very comfortable at all, and this was the main issue. Communication / checkin was fine, with no problems. Everything worked as it should inside the apartment. Italian VRBOs tend to be a bit more bare than those in the United States, but linens, bedding, and toilet paper were provided. We didn't cook but I noticed there were dishes and utensils.
