"We had a great experience with this rental. The only thing we could think of as a slight negative is the lack of a box of Kleenex!! Great kitchen for making breakfast and a couple dinners. Plenty of comfy beds and nice bathrooms for everyone. Location was peaceful but not too far from town. We enjoyed the visiting deer. Would stay again and recommend it!"

"Three Points Ranch was the perfect place for my family to stay while we attended an A&M game. The location was great because we were not in the midst of all of the traffic, and Kyle Field was a short drive. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully equipped, and the amenities were exactly as described, making our trip truly enjoyable. We especially loved the fun game room and the breathtaking views. The check-in process was seamless, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone!"

"This was such a cute place to stay for the Round Top Antiques Faire. It was so quiet and peaceful and the bed was so comfortable. The claw bathtub was fabulous and the shower pressure was amazing! 5 star stay! "

"My whole family spent a long weekend at this great property. It was too short of a time. We played pickle ball, swam, played board games and had a great time. The property was very clean and had plenty of space for the 12 of us to spread out. We would definitely recommend this property for a large group."

"It was such a great place for a extremely relaxing stay! Brent, Monica, and Hugo were all amazing! They were always out and about and never once didnt ask if we needed something or was there to assist! Son loved the animals, pool, lake, everything! His favorite of course was the snack room! "If you want an awesome weekend get away that isn't too far from your home, I highly highly recommend this place, especially with kids! My kids had so much fun paddle boarding, fishing, playing with the cows and other animals, chasing after the turkeys and peacocks, and playing with Bailey and Biscuit the farm dogs who are super friendly! "We recently stayed at Double K Lodging and had a great experience. Double K is located out in the countryside close to Round Top. There are three cabins available to rent, all located in a beautiful bucolic setting near a large pond, but with plenty of space separating them. We stayed in the Farmhouse which is right next to shore of the pond and it was cozy, clean, & comfortable. There is also a very nice pool near the cabins which we enjoyed during our stay. "We enjoyed our stay at Milk & Honey. The Casita was clean, offered a comfortable place to sleep and lots of outdoor activities. We do believe the rental of a casita should automatically include a golf cart as parking isn’t close to the casitas which makes unloading difficult. The houses have basic kitchen utensils but if you plan to do more than just basic cooking, you will need items for the stove top. "Everything was top notch at Milk and Honey Ranch! From the friendliness of all the employees, to the immaculate casita, it was a wonderful overnight stay. The beds were so comfortable! The layout of the house was beautiful and, by the way, this Cassita XL was completely handicap accesible. There are so many things to see and do on this property. Every kind of farm animal and plenty of ways to get exercise. A gem in Washington County and so close to Round Top, Texas! We will be back!"

"I love this property. I love the colors that are throughout & there is plenty of activities outside in the courtyard to play with the kiddos. The rooms are beautifully decorated & I love the history this hotel has & the free drink per adult when you stay. I will definitely be back when visiting CS. "
