"Good communication prior to stay. Waited for about 12 minutes for someone to come give us our key and show our room on arrival. No temp control in room didn’t bother us though. Very comfortable and well appointed rooms. Full access to kitchen/fridge/etc. very thin walls. Heard noise from laundry room and adjacent rooms bathroom fans as well as footsteps. "The Southshire is a beautiful vintage home with original details, great charm, working original fireplace in the large cozy wood paneled parlor. There are games, large comfy sofas, and bookcases full of every genre of books for reading. The dining room is lovely and quaint.
