Large hot tub on large deck, close to golf courses, state parks, and wineries!

This beautiful, five bedroom, four bath chalet is ideal for any family reunion or celebration. Located on a 2.6 acre wooded lot only a short drive from both Hidden Valley (.5 miles) and Seven Springs (3.3 miles) resorts. Privacy, peace and quiet await you, while all the fun is still close by!

We now offer 2 full refrigerators (one in the kitchen, one in the heated garage) for plenty of food storage space! There's also enough room for up to eight cars in the driveway!

Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. Early check in and late check out are offered for an additional fee if available.

We do not offer land-line telephone service in the house. Dogs welcome for a fee with approval from owner..NO CATS PERMITTED!

Family Ski Vacation
We had a wonderful time. Ski conditions were excellent. The house was very comfortable for our family of 14. It was isolated but accessible. The house was clean when we arrived and the linens were just as promised. Two refrigerators were available so we had no issue with the food we had brought for our 4 night stay. The sliding glass door off the dining area was a challenge. One of the beds in the downstairs bedroom would only support the weight of a small child and the shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom was extremely long. However, we worked around these issues and really enjoyed the ping pong table, the large dining table and the well pointed and clean kitchen. The configuration of beds and rooms made it easy to accommodate our group. We would consider renting this house again, but might first look for something a little closer to the Seven Springs Resort.

Extended family ski trip
We greatly enjoyed this cozy, open house. Beds and pillows were comfortable and we had plenty of everything. Location was convenient to skiing, but those of us who hung out at the house enjoyed ourselves too. The host was friendly and responsive and the property was clean.

Perfect Gathering Spot
We stayed here for a winter getaway with friends and family, and it turned out to be the perfect spot. The house has everything you need like a stocked kitchen, linens and cleaning supplies. Beth is a super communicator and answered every question we had before and during our trip. We were able to have all of our friends comfortably under the same roof and especially loved we had plenty of beds and bathrooms for all. Recommend! cou

Wonderful Memories Made
A beautiful home, lovely layout and plenty of room for everyone! The attention to every detail was evident and the Christmas decorations was a very nice touch. We were there for a reunion during the days leading to Christmas Mother Nature cut our trip short but we cherish the memories for the short time that we were there!

Cozy home for ski vacation
Our group booked it for Christmas ski trip. The house is nice and warm, well-decorated for holiday. The hot tub is a big plus. No one would resist a steamy hottub after a day on the slope. Beth is very responsive and helpful! Everyone enjoyed the stay.

Very Cozy!
We had a wonderful night! Who knew there would be a foot of snow in November? The house was decorated for Christmas and was perfect for our group of 11 girls! Between the ski resorts, lake, and hiking trails, there looked like a lot to do all year round in that area!

We had a group of about 12. The accommodations were perfect. Loved the hot tub and the firepit. Plenty of space for us to do meet as a group, have meals, play games, and talk. A little confusion getting the check in and check out info very reresponsive and helpful!

The house was everything in the pictures and more. There were plenty of rooms & beds - the beds & comforters were so comfortable. Everything was clean and the house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host was amazing with communication and was so sweet to leave a gift for us. The guys loved the property and sat by the fire day & night while the girls enjoyed a day at Living Treasures. Host had so many recommendations for dining & entertainment. Whole process was easy and the whole family was happy (not always easy to please everyone with a large group). I highly recommend this property, you won’t be disappointed.

Really lovely spot great for relaxation
I've rented a lot of houses for my family vacation over the years and we really enjoyed staying in this one. there were plenty of beds for all of us, and we were able to utilize the downstairs for the "young adults" (our kids who are no longer "kids!" and the upstairs for the rest of us. Hot tub was great and we really enjoyed the firepit. Best of all was hanging out on the deck in the early morning drinking coffee with the birds. Nice and secluded, and close to lots of wonderful hiking trails. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for big group
We stayed here for the weekend to go skiing at Seven Springs. However we did not get to go as it ended up being 60 degrees. So instead we hung out at the house and enjoyed the spacious living room to play games. We used the hot tub, outside tables, and fireplace a ton! It made our weekend still a lot of fun even though we didn’t get to ski. My only comment about the place is that all the kitchen ware is on its last leg. We ended up cooking at the house for a couple meals and there was plenty of items but all seemed to maybe need an upgrade soon. Otherwise everything else was very accommodating!

Great house for a midsize group
We had a group of 10 guests that stayed at Beth’s house (6 adults and 4 kids). The house was clean and as advertised. This place was a good home base to get to the local ski resorts. We had sufficient space but if we had brought the maximum occupancy of 20 guests, this house would not be a good fit. We loved that the host provided firewood and starter paper products (paper towels, toilet paper). The beds were comfy and made upon arrival. However, just wanted to make future guests aware of the following: there is only seating at the dining table for 8 people. There were spaces to sit at the bar but we had used that to serve up our meals and store food due to lack of storage in the kitchen. There was not enough dinnerware for more than 12 people if you needed bowls. There’s only seating space in the living room for 6 people upstairs- and the couches were very well broken in. The kids used the downstairs area to hang out and play ping pong. There were 2 additional couches downstairs that were also very broken in. We had Verizon cell phones and there was no service at the house but the owners provided super fast internet. Thank you Beth for hosting our group!
