Relax in a cozy cottage nestled in the woods adjacent to beautiful Lake Cumberland. Located in
historic Burnside, this home is just minutes from multiple boat ramps, attractions, and Burnside
Marina.
As you enter the home, you’ll be greeted by a large kitchen with beautiful butcher block
countertops, all stainless steel appliances, large island, and a farmhouse style table big enough
to fit the whole family. Down the hall you will find two bedrooms on the left (each with a queen
size, 14 inch memory foam mattress bed) and two full size bathrooms on the right. There is also
a laundry room with front loading washer and dryer for you to use throughout your stay. As you
exit through the back door, there is a small lower deck with a propane Blackstone griddle grill as
well as a Komodo style charcoal grill.
Upstairs you will find a family room that is equipped with a large 55 inch 4K Roku TV that is
loaded with YoutubeTV and Disney Plus as well as a queen size pull out couch. To the left you
will find queen size bunk beds behind a semi-private wall, a half bathroom, and a second story
deck with seating for you to enjoy your mornings in the fresh air.
Being the last house at the end of a dead end road, visitors are offered a relaxing atmosphere in
the woods with a seasonal lake view. The cottage was newly renovated in 2022 and is less than
10 minutes from multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and various entertainments. For the
families with small children, there is a highchair and Pack-N-Play located in the storage closet
under the stairs.
