"There are about 25 apartments in Colina Verde B - ours was closest to the pool and there was almost nobody else there - the pool was essentially our private pool. Nice clean place, beautiful setting, 7 minutes to the waterfront by car. Ascona is a lovely little place with a lively waterfront scene. All in all, ne of the best spots we have ever rented. "

"Amazing view from the dining room, balcony, master bedroom, kitchen and terrace! Gerra beach / Lido is a hidden gem. Worth knowing that the pool is unseated (or cold) at 19 degrees centigrade. Construction site next door was happily not active. Some areas of garden are not child friendly as very steep drop. That all said a a great location and great views. "

"Good communication with Christian @ happy home rentals, a large apartment, a 2 seater couch was a shame but ok. we missed ventilators / airco so with 30+ degrees was very uncomfortable in the evenings. Kitchen with fridge / freezer was great. Coffee machine was also good. Beds were comfy and plenty of space for all luggage 👍"

Da wir die Ruhe am Rand des Ortes sehr genießen konnten, war das perfekt für uns! Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! "Uns hat es in diesem Haus sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Alles ist sehr Sauber und Ordentlich. Das Essen auf der Terasse ist ein Genuss. Es hat eine neue Küche mit super Aussicht auf den See. Mit den Kindern kann man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto sehr gut in Cannobio an den Öffentlichen Strand. Einzig die Auffahrt ist wirklich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber das gehört einfach dazu. Und man hat einen grossen schönen Parkplatz. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir bedanken uns...
