The resort is incredibly fun and well-maintained, offering a wide variety of pools, water slides, and activities for both kids and adults. My wife and I, along with our children, were never bored! The food was consistently excellent, with diverse dining options that catered to all tastes. One of the standout features of this place is its exceptional customer service. It’s clear that the staff is highly trained to provide top-notch hospitality, but a few individuals went above and beyond, making our stay even more memorable. I’d like to extend a special thank you to: 1. **Mr. S El-Shahat**, the pool slide attendant, whose kindness and attentiveness to my daughter were truly outstanding. Your care made all the difference—thank you! 2. **Gamal**, the bartender near the 4 Corners restaurant. Your warm, friendly attitude and engaging conversations made every visit to the bar a pleasure. "The Kempinski in soma bay is a beautiful hotel located in a quiet bay with a clean massive sandy beach, azure waters and mountains in the horizon. The service is truly 5 star - everyone was like how do I make the stay special especially staff at the beach and manager at sultan bar (tharos). Loved the stay and will highly recommend. "

"In all the years that I have been travelling to Egypt, I have never met such kind, caring and friendly staff at all levels. The food was good with plenty of variety, the accommodation although somewhat dated in places was excellent in those that have been updated. The crowning glory is the wonderful flat sandy beach with good cover from lifeguards and beach attendants. There was no shortage of sunbeds, so no need to be up at dawn to reserve."
