The resort is incredibly fun and well-maintained, offering a wide variety of pools, water slides, and activities for both kids and adults. My wife and I, along with our children, were never bored! The food was consistently excellent, with diverse dining options that catered to all tastes. One of the standout features of this place is its exceptional customer service. It’s clear that the staff is highly trained to provide top-notch hospitality, but a few individuals went above and beyond, making our stay even more memorable. I’d like to extend a special thank you to: 1. **Mr. S El-Shahat**, the pool slide attendant, whose kindness and attentiveness to my daughter were truly outstanding. Your care made all the difference—thank you! 2. **Gamal**, the bartender near the 4 Corners restaurant. Your warm, friendly attitude and engaging conversations made every visit to the bar a pleasure. I'm returning the third time and hope to come next year again: beautiful coral reef you can reach directly from the hotel beach clean rooms and professional cleaners (thanks, Khalil) helpful reception free fast WiFi in all areas animation team (I liked fire show and exercises) beautiful decorations for Christmas tasty and diverse food (I'm vegan and was able to find food for my needs every day) property is not very big, but it didn't feel crowded even in Christmas if you like to walk, you have access to the long promenade from the hotels next to this one (from 6am to 8pm)"

"The Kempinski in soma bay is a beautiful hotel located in a quiet bay with a clean massive sandy beach, azure waters and mountains in the horizon. The service is truly 5 star - everyone was like how do I make the stay special especially staff at the beach and manager at sultan bar (tharos). Loved the stay and will highly recommend. "
