"The Cons - The app sucks, period. It's not helpful in any way, specifically the digital key never worked, nor did the check out feature. "Beautiful facility and secured wonderfully. Extra charges not described on Hotels.com. Communication is horrible. Hard to get it. Email arrived 2 hours late. Beds and couch leave some to be desired. Pillows are horrible. Lamp flickers."
