"Floor wasn't cleaned in some time..the bottom of my feet were black...the chair was dirty should have been thrown out..light switch was broken in a way it was hazardous. Holes in the wall... over all a dump!"

"We had all that we needed and good help from the host when needed. Good communication and prompt responses to questions. House has all you need down to toiletries in the showers to k-cups for coffee. Even had some paper plates and cups when we were there. Only drawback for us was the stairs. We had several older adults with us and the stairs were steep and slightly uneven with a low ceiling. Hand rails were there and necessary but it was a little bit risky for several of our family members. "
