Omah Sinten Heritage Hotel & Resto

3.5 star property

"We booked this hotel as we had seen it on a TV programme unfortunately for us one of the main reason we wanted to stay was because of the traditional food in the restaurant which of course was sold out that night. At breakfast the next morning we were told there were out of milk and the delivery truck hadn't arrived yet so no milk for our coffee. The hotel website states there is a spa which there isn't and when asked about getting a massage we were told there were some places in the...

Sahid Jaya Hotel Solo

3.0 star property

Old towels, sheets and dressing gown had holes, swimming pool dirty as most women went in fully clothed wearing hijab, restaurant empty except for breakfast when its full but clientelle felt comfortable wearing pajamas...a two star hotel frequented by locals... "building and properties already old, cleanliness was not good either. but what i most disappointed was the service of the staff, i booked for package included pick up service but there's no confirmation at all an when I already arrived at station at midnight they said they can not pick up because its already very late, so what's the point they give this package right!! and they said breakfast is 6-10 AM, but when I went to restaurant at 9 AM, the food almost gone and they didn't refilled it,...

Horison Inn Laksana Solo

"The good: Lovely staff who are always willing to assist. The friendly greetings each time we walked past the reception desk made us smile. Comfortable room. The bad: Food at the restaurant not great for the price. The ugly: Room had quite a bit of wear and tear. The smell of other guests smoking nearby was really strong and unpleasant. Noisy guests kept us awake over a couple of nights."
