"Modest yet functional apartments with really everything you need for a stay in Stockholm. We appreciated the laundry room downstairs and the different bins downstairs to recycle our rubbish. The mini supermarket across the road is expensive as has been mentioned in another review but it is so convenient to quickly pick up a few needed things. And the staff there are lovely. The only thing we didn't like about Biz Apartments was that Reception is not staffed between 8am and 1.30pm daily. It...

"I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area. It has subpar breakfast, rude service, unfriendly cleaning staff and an elevator that makes a terrible noise. The place has the vibe of a halfway abandoned building, and does not feel welcoming at all. They also advertise laundry cleaning services in their description, but none are available. A generally unpleasant experience that I would not recommend to anyone."
