Modern townhouse with fantastic views of the Port of Sóller.
Just a few meters from the bay of Puerto de Sóller with its beaches, restaurants and shops is this modern house in a set of 3 houses. The construction was completed in 2013 and has a good and comfortable equipment. You can park comfortably in the private parking and a few meters away is the entrance to the house that is located on the middle floor. On this level we can find the master bedroom with bathroom. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both rooms have access to their own terraces. On the upper floor of the house we find a bright and cozy living room with open kitchen. In this same level we find a terrace overlooking the port but on the roof is where we find the terrace to sunbathe and to make nice dinners with panoramic views of the port. The house does not have a pool but the proximity of the beach makes up for it perfectly.

This townhouse is just perfect! It is spacious, beautifully presented and has the most wonderful views of the bay. The roof terrace has sun all day long and was such a wonderful best place to relax in the evening with a nice glass of wine watching the sun go down. The location is perfect, just a short 5 minute walk down the hill to wide range of bars and restaurants. We have stayed in Port de Soller many times and this has been the best experience yet.
We have just had a wonderful time in this exceptionally appointed and beautifully furnished house.
The view from the two terraces were both stunning and we enjoyed many hours gazing at the fabulous views over the bay whilst enjoying a drink or two.
If you are considering a trip to Port Soller this house comes highly recommended and we will certainly be returning in the not too distant future .
The property was very well equipped and as described. We were a party of 3 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Views from the lounge and roof terrace were beautiful. Whilst there are a number of steps and the property is on an incline one line back from seafront it was very accessible for shops, restaurants and bars. 2 sun loungers and umbrella on beach approx €20 a day which is good value. We hired a car but not necessary. Would be happy to return.
The instructions were clear to pick up the keys. The property was an excellent, well appointed location that had all we needed for an enjoyable stay. All the facilities were modern ,quality and in perfect working order apart from the TV which didn’t appear to be set up but wasn’t a huge issue.The communications with the agent were excellent and the location of the property was absolutely ideal with only a 4 minute walk to the beach.if there was one very slight issue it was probably the parking spot which was a bonus to have but depending upon the rental car required a strategic angle of approach to prevent the car bottoming out 😳. No damage done but overall we had a fantastic time and the property was excellent and well priced.
The team were very helpful every step of the way and the whole renting process was straightforward. The property itself exceeded expectations. I would not hesitate to book in the future.
We have visited Port Soller now for several years out of season as we love the bay. The accommodation was everything we could have wanted and afforded amazing views of the bay. Stunning.
This is a nice apparent in a truly exceptional place. You are paying a premium for the view and location which is second to none. The roof terrace is a lovely spot to watch the sun set. Kitchen is adequately stocked with all the essentials. There are a lot of stairs - worth baring in mind if you have small children - but otherwise it’s great for families with lots of space.

Wonderful property, great location
Absolutely fantastic property, very highly spec'd and a 3 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. This has got to be one of the best properties we've ever stayed in, it has stunning views over the bays and is really really well equipped.
There's a great drive (or a long walk) up to the lighthouse opposite for great views back over the harbour.
Really can't emphasise enough how great we thought this property was !!
Lovely house, with everything you need. Dinners on the rooftop and Neni restaurant were highlights.
House is a 3min walk up the hill from the beach, for anyone elderly may not work.
We'd been to the charming little town of Port de Soller before and were looking forward to coming back with friends to share its charms.
We were lucky enough to find this superb flat, ideally located. Everything was perfect, from the initial procedures to the very friendly welcome at Mallorca Dream Homes (greetings to Aina!). The flat is spacious, comfortable and ideal for two couples. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms ideal, bedrooms comfortable. Everything was perfect. And what's more, the weather was perfect for 7 days! A perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Apartment has all the facilities required for a long stay, shame we only found the beach equipment at the end of our stay, located in the entrance store room. You need to be fit for all the stairs in the property. Definitely will return
Really lovely property with fantastic views of the port. Has lots of unexpected extras inside such as beach towels, furnished to a great standard and the roof terrace is amazing. Only thing to note is that is is over 4 floors so if you have young children or mobility issues you may want to consider that. Otherwise perfect :)

Stunning contempary townhouse in a fabulous location!
This was our third time in Port de Soller but our first time in a rental home. The townhouse did not disappoint. Views so wonderful that it was easy to while away many hours and near enough to a variety of restaurants to enjoy the evening sunset. It could only have been improved with the provision of a BBQ on the sundeck. We will be back again later this year.
The property was lovely- modern, well equipped and clean. The views were amazing and really make this a special place. We loved having morning coffee on the roof! It’s easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants (but you need to be able to climb steps).
We didn’t have enough duvets when we arrived but that was sorted quickly on the Monday morning with no issues.
We were lucky with the parking as there was no one in the two other properties but I would say it might be tight if you have a big car like us and all 3 properties were occupied.
I would recommend this property for adults or families with older children- we will likely be back!
Advertising photos make the property look smaller than reality. Party of 6 easily accommodated. Kitchen equipment limited but good and just sufficient. Extensive beach toys available in the store. Plenty of towels for everyday and beach. Washing machine and dryer. 4 levels to the property but not really a problem.
Sòller is great for sea, sand and sangria
We stayed for 6 days with our daughter (early 20s) and the townhouse was fabulous. The property was clean and all towels and linen were of a high standard with adequate spares including beach towels.
The agents were very accommodating however collecting and dropping off keys in Soller was a little inconvenient and we had to let ourselves in to the property and find the facilities ourselves.
A guest pack would have been helpful with basic info for appliances etc.
Location is fabulous and very close to excellent restaurants. Those with mobility issues may struggle with the climb to the property and the fact that the property is over 4 floors. This was not a drawback for us and the property was away from night time noise so ideal for those with smaller children (although the steps would need to be guarded).

The property location is amazing. The views are incredible. Mostly the house is fine . I would say a solid B. It's definitely not as nice as it looks in there pictures.
When we were there the dishwasher was broken, the toilets need to be replaced and there were no instructions to the apartment anywhere. We got the stove top to work once, but then it froze with the letters LNC and we were unable to get it to work again. There are metal chairs and couches outside with no cushions. The loungers that are shown in the photo are dirty and old. They don't stock the apartment with anything. So if you want garbage bags or toilet paper apparently you have to go buy them.
There is a parking spot that is the size of a thimble. We scratched our car a bunch of times trying to get in and out.
The biggest problem was with the management company really could not have been lazier. We called on a Sunday for help and the guy just said that nobody was going to come help us on a Sunday. He kept saying that there were instructions in the dryer. It was not in the drawer or anywhere else to be found. They really wanted nothing to do with us and we're very unwilling to be helpful. I don't know if that's just a Spanish culture thing or this particular company but that alone caused a huge amount of aggravation.
If I were the owners I would definitely change companies. The company is named Mallorca Dream Homes. I would think about renaming into Mallorca Mediocre and Kind of Run Down Homew.
