Qm 170 sqm are each divided into reine the pure living space. The private wellness garden facing south and the spacious terrace with additional outdoor kitchen are for your private use only.
The Mediterranean, individual kitchen has a modern induction hob.
In addition to the separate bedroom with a generous double bed, there is a high-quality sofa bed in the living area, which can be opened for a third person if required.

Just ten minutes away is the historic town of Sóller, which can also be reached by the antique wooden tram that winds along the coast through orchards and olive groves. The apartment is located in the Tramuntana valley in the northwest of the island, which is also known as the "Orange Valley" due to its lush citrus plantations. The area is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and water sports fans. Culture lovers and amateur biologists will also get their money's worth thanks to several art museums and the Sóller Botanical Gardens. The region's architectural heritage is also rich, which is evident in splendid Romanesque buildings such as the Sant Bartomeu church in Sóller from 1236.
Open all year round - the Bar Bar Albatros is right on the port of Sóller. There are the typical tapas such as albóndigas (meatballs), mejillones (mussels) or delicious patatas bravas (deep-fried potato cubes with hot sauce). If you want to send holiday greetings home directly via iPhone or laptop or want to check the latest Facebook news, there is free WiFi in the Bar Albatros without roaming fees.

Perfect Stay
This beautiful apartment was perfect for us. We had a lovely 2 week stay and enjoyed the spacious deck everyday. Great host, well-appointed unit and terrific pool...what more can I say? Looking forward to coming back next year!

Beautiful terrace, incredible view
We really enjoyed our stay. The photos did the apartment justice. The views are so lovely. The terrace is such a good size and it must be the best one in the apartment complex. It has direct access to the pool which is immaculately maintained, also it was virtually empty the whole time we were there which was great. Shower is really nice, beds are comfortable and everything was in working order. We would definitely go back

Simply Perfection!
This apartment was everything I expected and more. The location is amazing, the view stunning, and the terrace…. Just WOW! I spent a good amount of time just reading on the terrace. If we ever return to Port Soller, we will re-book this apartment for sure. The terrace alone makes this property spectacular. Highly recommended! Note: Check-in is by appointment at a specific time. A staff member will meet you to hand over keys and explain the apartment. I didn’t receive this information until the day of check in and was unable to respond quickly enough so the owner thought I was not going to be at the appointment. This caused some confusion and left me waiting on the street for about 15 minutes. But the owner sent her husband to meet us… and everything turned out well. Just know that you will need to meet the owner in person at a specified time, and you may not get that information until the day of arrival. Make sure your phone is well charged. :)

A Perfect Stay in Beautiful Sóller!
This property was everything we could have asked for and more! The host was very accommodating and helpful during our stay and the photos in the listing did not do the views justice. The apartment was very clean and had all of the promised amenities. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were soft, and the shower had great water pressure. Plenty of delicious bars and restaurants nearby and a quick walk/drive to the beach and boardwalk. I would absolutely recommend this property and would like to stay again in the future!

The apartment smelled like it had not been aired out in weeks. There were cobwebs all over furniture and holes in one of the chairs in the living room. Broken AC and old scratchy bedding. Rude host. We didn’t end up sleeping there and should receive a refund asap or will dispute the charge.

A great apartment and its location by the pool is fantastic. Miki was very helpful and quick to answer questions. Communication with the host was also great. Steep walk to town but we loved that about it. Views are beautiful from the apartment and the terrace very pretty. Car parking space not easy to get into! Beautiful views, spacious and private apartment
Our stay was amazing - the views are incredible, and the apartment was clean and well kept. It was a bit tricky to find the apartment at first, as our GPS had the address marked incorrectly - luckily our host was very accomodating and walked down the street to meet us and show us to the correct location. They always responded promptly to our messages through the VRBO app as well. The private parking space was a great perk with our rental car. A/C and washer work perfectly, we had no issues whatsoever with our stay. If we return to Port de Soller we would absolutely stay here again!

By far this was our favorite part of our visit to Spain. The apartment was perfect in every way. The views were phenomenal! Miki, who was the caretaker for the apartment, was wonderful—very responsive and friendly!!!

Perfect for a couple
This place is great for two people to stay. We spent Christmas in Mallorca and Port de Sóller was charming place to stay. The apartment is well equipped inside and the Balcony view is great and VERY relaxing. Would love to be here during beach season. The roads are a little narrow leading up to it but there is dedicated parking on curb. The beds were very comfortable. Port de Sóller is beautifully located in the mountains but only a short ~30 minute drive to Palma. You definitely will need a rental car but highly recommend staying here.

October Midweek getaway
Outside space makes this apartment, very spacious, well thought through, it was excellent. There was no one around us, which made it even better, as was quiet, tranquil and super relaxing. Facilities were great. It is German owned, and TV geared accordingly - was easy to get round. Only niggle, need a car, and parking proved difficult as space available was tiny. Think that this may be able to be avoided by removal of a temporary bollard, A little pricey, but seemed to be the case throughout Mallorca. Would recommend, and if in summer and Port de Soller packed, you have got a great getaway and the shared pool would be plenty big enough.

Excellent location!
Both landlord and housekeeper responded quickly to our initial questions. Wi-fi, internet speed and tv nice to have and worked fine. Cool interior design and furnishings. Nice indoor el heating on chill days. All outside areas worked perfectly in all weather conditions. Very nice super close parking. Swimming pool also elegantly next door. 10 minutes walk to senter Port de Soller and to beautiful walks in nature. Perfect stay - see you soon!

Fantastic views of the Port
Overall we were impressed with the apartment, ideally you do need a car as it's on top of a steep hill, the apartment has a parking space (C1, even though some annoying person decided to nick it one night) but this height gives you stunning views of the port from the excellent patio which includes a Chinese zen garden to relax in, particularly nice after a night out enjoying a nightcap and listening to some chill out music. The sunbed covers need replacing and a little bit of T+C would help, this rental is not one but a lot of owners provide a useful welcome pack of milk, coffee, bread and maybe a bottle of wine, that would probably cost less than 10 euros and I find it a nice touch, especially high up here where there is no supermarket anywhere close by. Overall it a great place to be, make sure you go to the cocktail bar on the top floor of the nearby Jumeriah hotel, non residents are allowed in, the drinks are expensive (well it is a five star hotel, but the sunsets are simply stunning from here.

Clearly once a fairly high end rental property but now requiring loving care and attention.
Difficult to find due to lack of the provision of a comprehensive address. Having eventually arrived and gained entry late evening we were confronted with a situation where the property had not been cleaned since the previous occupants No loo paper and bread crumbs still on the dining table! To make matters worse there was no hot water. The electrical trip could not be reset during our three nights stay - no hot showers, washing up etc. Asked the owners for a rebate but not interested. Would therefore not recommend this property to anyone.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen!
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin bei Buchung und späteren Fragen zum Objekt war sehr positiv. Auch der erste Eindruck der Wohnung war gut, denn sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Was sich dann während des Aufenthaltes als negativ herausstellte war Folgendes: Von Vormietern gefütterte Katzen (wir entdeckten Katzenfutter im Küchenschrank) streunten täglich auf der Terrasse herum und versuchten bei jeder Gelegenheit in die Wohnung zu gelangen oder auf den Tisch zu springen. Die Terrasse und die Pflanzen waren sehr ungepflegt. Nach drei Tagen Anwesenheit setzte montags bis samstags von 08.00 Uhr bis 19.00 Uhr sehr starker Baulärm ein. Dies war nach Auskunft von benachbarten Mietern seid Anfang des Jahres 2015 bekannt und wurde uns leider nicht mitgeteilt. Die Matratzenauflage war sehr verschmutzt. Insgesamt roch es sehr muffig im Schlafzimmer. Dies alles hatten wir der Vermieterin nach unserer Rückkehr auch mitgeteilt, die sich leider erst nach erneuter Anfrage bei uns meldete und für die Unanehmlichkeiten entschuldigte. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung zu diesem doch recht hohen Mietpreis nicht empfehlen.

Great apartment with large roof top terase and marvelous view
View of the town, harbour and surrounding mountains just fantastic. You just want to stay at the terasse all day and all night - and take a quick dip in the wonderful pool. Only thing to be aware of is the 20 minutes strenous walk up hill from the town.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft und freundliche Reglung. Die direkt sichtbare Reinigung war gut, allerdings in den Schränken, unter dem Bett & Sofa sehr staubig, sodass ich Allergisch war. Die Schneidebretter sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden, da 2 von 3 stark riechen, sodass wir sie nicht nutzen konnten und die Messer sollten geschliffen werden und Gewürze nachgefüllt und erweitert werden. Den Ofen haben wir einmal genutzt, wir denken er ist kaputt da er unser Essen bei 150 Grad innerhalb von kurzerster Zeit verbrannte. Trotzdem handelt sich um eine wunderschöne Wohnung, voller romantik und Aussicht aus Meer und Natur. Beim nächsten Besuch, buche ich gerne die Unterkunft wieder und hoffe das Feedback ist berücksichtigt worden. Da wir sehr gerne Kochen. Bis zum nächsten Mal :)

Super Wohnung !
Wir haben 10 Tage in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Bilder stimmen 100%-ig mit dem tatsächlichen Zustand überein. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Sogar eine Aussenküche ist vorhanden. Leider war dort die Gasflasche leer, so dass wir den Herd nicht benutzen konnten. Absolutes Highlight der Wohnung ist die riesige Terrasse mit tollem Blick auf Port de Sóller. Wir würden diese Wohnung -trotz des hohen Preises- immer wieder mieten.

Splendide condo, propre, bien entretenu et décoré avec goût au goût de Majorque (comptoirs en pierre de Majorque). Splendide balcon/ jardin et accès direct à la piscine. Processus de récupération et retour des clés très simple. Le divan lit annoncé n’en est par contre pas un. Ils ne font qu’abaisser les accoudoirs et y mettent des couvertures.

We have had a wonderful week in this apartment. The apartment is tastefully decorated and worked perfectly for our small family. In addition, it was very well equipped and everything inside the apartment worked 100%. The most wonderful thing, however, was the huge outdoor space with an incredible view - with access to a great swimming pool. We will definitely rent this apartment in the future.
